Boarded our dog and cat here . Left vaca and got them a day early due to owner saying my dog couldn't put pressure on her paws. She had no previous injuries/allergies. After over $300 vet bill - the vet said she was either left in her own urine, chemicals, or on hot pavement. Blood, Burns, and blisters on the pads of her paws. She needs to have her paws dressed and treatment for a few weeks. Owner gave refund for dogs stay. read more

I have to write a review to overcompensate for the negative ones left because we had a lovely experience with Barbara. We are on holiday in New Hampshire for a few weeks visiting the in-laws and needed to board our two Weimaraners overnight while we were in Albany for my partner's graduation and felt incredibly nervous boarding them in a completely new environment that they had never been to. One of our weims who's almost 12(and slightly taller than your average Weimaraner with osteoarthritis) just needs a little extra care and that's what we felt was given. Barbara prices her boarding quite affordably and if you know how to board your dog accordingly then there really shouldn't be an issue. She runs her business from her property where her home is on a large lot in Loudon next to some of the highest peaks in Merrimack county and the scenery is absolutely stunning. Due to her affordable prices and services, it's clear that she does this for nothing but the absolute joy that it brings her. While we were there we even noticed customers all the way from Massachusetts and it's clear why people will make that drive. We will definitely be returning for possible daycare services or overnight boarding in the future. We appreciated Barbara's TLC, good conversation, and good business. Highly recommended. read more

my husband and I were going on vacation and the kennel we normally use was closed at that time. So we brought our dog to stay at jabil kennels. everything seemed to be fine when we dropped him off. Mid-week we even got a text with picture of him outside in grass and saying he was doggie of the weekend. When we went to pick him up, he was so anxious to see us and wanted out the door so fast. My husband went out with him as I was paying for his stay. As soon as we got in the car to head home we could smell urine on him so strongly! We are very disgusted with jabil kennels! We wonder if the one picture we saw of him in grass is the only time he went outside! We gave him a bath right away and he loved it. Our dog never likes bathes. I would not recommend jabil kennels to anyone! Our dog was neglected! read more

My dog is a 10 year old collie. He does not enjoy being groomed as I believe it is physically hard on him . I was pleased that his groomer took extra time and gave him some much needed breaks. She did as I had asked taking much of the thickness from his coat and when done he was beautiful. She seemed very courteous to me and kind and unhurried with my dog. Thank you Jabil read more
