We decided on an off-dry Pinot Grigio based blend they had "on tap", skipped the apples and went straight to entrées. My girlfriend had the pan seared chicken with truffles and the same sides as me. The salmon was very good and the veggies perfectly done. The chicken was even better than the salmon.
