We use to love Jack and Jill lanes very, but they are not open during the hours they say they are. They book out field trips often and when we tried to book one lane they said they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do. The least you could do is change your hours or post on your website that you are not open when you say you are. Last time we came during a field trip they were happy to put us in the vip for the price of basic, this time nothing. All we ask is that you be upfront I got two kids ready and out of the car only for tears and disappointment. As punch pass holders who can only go during specific hours were not allowed to during the time hour punch pass allows. We will not be purchasing a punch pass here again. read more

Great prices for our large family. The kiddos had a blast. We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed ourselves.

Found ourselves out in this part of town and decided to go bowling for a little while. Overall, I like this alley. It's fairly large, has a decent sized arcade area, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. However, the bowling lanes themselves have very outdated systems, and broke down more than I think they should. We started on lane 5 and every couple throws our balls would get stuck in the back. They finally offered to move us to another lane. So we moved over to 6 and shortly after we started, the machine wouldn't drop the pins anymore. Then after we notified someone, it took 10-15 mins of resets and random pins falling down for it to be fixed. read more

The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Always clean and Bryce the owner of the pro shop is great. Always willing to help out with a few tips and help you on your game. Lessons with Bryce are very affordable and he gives you one on one sessions. If you haven't been bowling in awhile this makes a great date nite or if you are more adventurous join a league. We went here for my son's birthday, they did a wonderful job. We ordered a cake, and two lanes. They were on top of everything and were so kind and helpful for the group. We rented two lanes for the kids and the adults hung out. Plenty of room and accommodations. The cake they decorated was so cute! read more

Has a fun night celebrating a little boy's ninth birthday at this bowling ally the other night. This is where many of us who have mastered wi bowling discovered it's a lot harder to just roll the ball down the lane than we thought it would be. The place is clean. Nice equipment. I liked how you can electronically program each person to have the machine throw up the bumpers for the kids when you enter the bowlers' names at the start. Fun spot. Eehh.. We were in and out within 20 minutes (it was just my husband and I) and I wasn't impressed. Yes, I'm sure it is a great place for families but for us couples there were way too many little kids running into our lane, stealing our balls, and the place smells awful. I experienced 2 issues while there for unlimited bowling, neither were caused by covid.. First issue: We ordered some cheese fries, waited an unusually long while and they never showed. I went back to check on them and the girl said they "forgot" and offered a refund or to cook them right then. I was weirded out that she immediately offered a refund and I decided to wait for them. When we finally got them they were SUPER burnt, so I ended up returning the fries and got a refund. Second issue: Our lane(31 in the VIP room) went down 3 times, so we missed out on a lot of bowling. Kinda ruined my friend's birthday party because of all the down time. It's unfortunate that we played on a lane that wasn't functioning properly. We all payed our $20 each so we could use a lane that worked. We got $5 back, but that really didn't make it right. Not even close. Ideally, they should have given us a full refund and closed the lane for repairs. Or at least, moved us to a different lane. Lastly, all of the staff we worked with for both issues were just kids and it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and they took a long time helping us. Kids can be capable of a lot, but it was obvious that management didn't do a good job training these ones. This was a 1 star experience for sure. read more

We took a group of about 30-35 for a church activity tonight. We called on Saturday to secure a spot for laser tag tonight (we mentioned it would be Tuesday the 18th). We were told by the event coordinator no reservations can be made unless you purchase a birthday package but that Tuesday's are slow so we should be able to walk right in. When we got there, there was a corporate party who had taken the whole place for the night. When we spoke with the event coordinator (who admitted it was her that we spoke with but she would of course been clear and asked all the questions), she was rude, condescending and would not take responsibility. She continued to talk in circles and did not offer any sort of compensation or help for us. Basically just told us tough luck. I was so disappointed in the whole experience. We ended up going to Nickel City and got amazing service and free Lazer tag. read more

this bowling experience was not the best. me and my friends were looking for a good night out and a fun bowling night in the town of lehi. we show up and the service is good and they're super nice. next thing we know they take our bumpers off...... this was not acceptable. me and my friends thrive with bumpers and absolutely cannot perform to our best without them. we paid good money for bumpers and they took them off because we were aggressive with the bumpers, but really that's just how we play. they then continued to lie to us and say how the bumpers broke. at other worker said they were lying and didn't break. overall, a horrible night. i feel like i wasted 7.79 to bowl a 32. read more

Worst service I have ever encountered! We came here for a family reunion, and had 18 people in our group. We had a 45 minute wait for 3 lanes, no problem. We played laser tag, and our lanes became ready. After bowling for a bit, my sister's food never arrived. When we went to ask about it, we got a rude attitude from a red head, behind the counter. After finally getting her food, they shut off our kids lane, even though they had a frame and a half left. When we asked for help, we were informed that it was a 1 hour bowl. WHAT?! Never told us when we gave them $180.00 just to get in. Staff was not helpful, manager offered no real comp for our time and money. I work in the entertainment industry, this is not how you treat your guests. I guess though no one will really care. Customer service is a dying breed, I suppose. Extremely dissappointed. read more

Fun place located right off Main Street in same parking lot as Maceys grocery store. Not just a bowling alley, also has an arcade, pizza cafe, laser tag, vip bowling room, and banquet room. Bowling was great, the cafe was great, and the arcade was fun too. The employees at the cafe were very sweet and accommodating. I told them I was splitting a personal pizza between my two kids and they let me get one topping on one side and a different topping on the other half. Even cut the pizza in half and put each half on its own little plate. Some of the arcade games were not working which was a bummer. But almost all games are about 50 cents each. So a 5$ card will last almost 10 games. And the tickets are automatically stored on the card after you play. Then you can redeem your tickets at the prize counter in the corner of the arcade. Keep your card because a new one costs 25 cents. Fun place to get out of the heat for an hour or two. read more

Told us 1 hour wait then after we spent money on arcade cards to kill time they told us they couldn't accommodate us. So they called over to AF and put us on their wait list and told us an hour. Showed up there and they added another hour to our wait. Ridiculous!! read more

Absolutely appalled at the lack of mask enforcement. They have signs all over saying masks required, but only about 1/4 of patrons (mostly teens) were actually wearing one. If they were one of the few wearing one, often it was down around their chin rather than being properly worn. Walked in, then turned around and walked right back out. I love bowling with my family, so for my husband's birthday we decided to take them to Jack and Jill Lanes in Lehi. We had been there before and had a wonderful time, but this time was different. The staff seemed inexperienced and clueless. I noticed that the lanes were extremely shiny and wondered what they had used on them to make them so shiny. I noticed notifications everywhere which said "don't cross the line". I thought well the lanes are so shiny, they must have people fall if they cross the line. Well, as anyone who bowls knows, sometimes you inadvertently cross the line when you are concentrating on getting a strike. I honestly tried to not cross the line, because in bowling, you know you can't cross the line or it is a "scratch". The approaches to the lanes in the VIP area are pretty short. At least shorter than most bowling ally approaches. I was trying to get a strike and I was on the wrong foot due to the extremely short lane. I took one more step and before I knew it, I was flying in the air and landed several feet into the lane. I hit my head on the rail. I tried to get up, but I couldn't. My family was concerned as nobody from Jack and Jill responded to the incident, so they called 911. The paramedics wanted to take me to a hospital, but I refused. I did not want to pay for an expensive ambulance trip. My husband took me to the ER where I had several expensive tests and my head repaired. I contacted Jack and Jill to find out who their liability insurance was. They refused to file a claim and said it was my fault that I was injured at their facility. The lack of responsibility and compassion taken by this facility is an indication of their integrity as a business. I recommend that if you love bowling and want to be safe, don't choose this facility. I am truly disappointed in their response to me as a customer who was injured at their facility due to negligence and having lanes that are more slick and dangerous than any other facility where I have ever been. read more

This is a newer cousin to their American Fork location. I think it may be the best Laser Tag arena in the valley. Very cool setup with new equipment. Prices are reasonable. Only real drawback is you kind of need to form your own group for Laser Tag. Unlike some other places there is no steady stream of people to make ad hoc teams. read more

This place is good, to be honest it's not that bad. I absolutely love cosmic night I believe its called, its so much fun. Wish the music was louder, but that's just me. My only complaint I have is the cleanliness of this place, specially the restroom, they are absolutely disgusting. I wish they just would check it every hour or so. My family and I were there for almost 4 hours, first time I went to the restroom it was dirty so I decided not to use it, went to the restroom again to wash my hands for at least 2 more times and a last time right before leaving and it remained dirty just like when I first got here. If they improve this, I will definitely change this to a 5 star. read more

I tried to book my daughter's birthday at Jack and Jill Bowling in Lehi. We've done her party there for the last 2 years, so I am a repeat customer. The lady asked me if the kids would be bowling, and I gave her the same answer I gave the past 2 times. My daughter likes to ask the kids at the party what they want to do (they have the option to pick 3 rounds of bowling and/or laser tag). That has never been a problem before. However, today, the lady working here insisted that I tell her if they would be bowling or not, and told me that I cannot have the VIP bowling room if we didn't bowl. I explained that if I'm willing to pay the extra cost for the VIP bowling room, what does it matter? She continued to talk about policy, but my point was, why? Finally, I said, "Fuck it, yeah, she's gonna bowl." However, that didn't stop her from carrying on with her explanation, and she never did set up the reservation. I asked her, "so, you aren't going to reserve this for me?" She replied that she would, and that she's trying to explain. Then she kept arguing as to why we can't have the VIP bowling room, even though I'm paying for it. Finally, I hung up. This is the customer service you get at this establishment, I guess. Congrats, Jack and Jill! We will never go back again. read more
