The family likes to come here for family time a few times a year. I love that the whole family can get involved and that the smaller kids have the option to use the side barriers when bowling, even the ball roller when they are not strong enough to throw the ball themselves! The computer screen/touch display is pretty easy to use, and if you get stuck, the staff at the front can easily fix/tweak your screen to how you like it. We did not partake of the food here, nor engage in the arcade area so this review is just for the bowling. They can use/update new bowling balls, even more choices (lighter balls) for the kids though. Other than that it was a decent experience. read more

Best bowling alley around. The staff is super kind and helpful. They have arcade games that you can win tickets with and then turn the tickets in for prizes. Recently the prizes have gotten much better. They have a lot of league nights so going on a Thursday night may be a little difficult to get a lane. The owner, Jack, is there most days and is amazing. He is always found giving pointers to bowlers to improve their game. They have a cafe that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. The fries are good. Just order them extra crispy. Me and a couple of friends come here often and we love it! The lanes are awesome, the atmosphere is great, the food is good, and the staff are excellent! They even have a pro shop. My friend bought a ball there and they drilled it on the spot for him. I mean.. what?! In my hometown pro shop, you would have to wait 1-2 weeks to get your ball drilled. So knowing that was insane to me. I recently bought a new ball here, got it drilled, and played a few games that night. It's amazing! I'll be buying a spare ball and a new bag there soon. We plan on joining a summer league there later in the year, and we are excited. I'm probably more excited than my friends are because it's been a while since I've been on a league. We love it here, and we will continue to come back as often as possible! read more

Shorty ass bowling alley. Lanes are never oiled enough. Lane always stops working and forces you to switch lanes and throw you off your groove. If you're a high level bowler, I don't recommend this shitty establishment. read more

I'm actually surprised how good the food is here. Fries seem to be freshly made. I ordered a hamburger with fries and onion rings and it was better then a lot of fast food places I've had. My work came as a very large group 20+ people and the staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful! This seriously is one of if not the best bowling alley I've been too. The bowling area was clean and well maintained and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. I look forward to coming again and will be recommending this bowling alley to all my family and friends. Gotta say. Reading the reviews I was excited to come here. I love to try out new bowling places when I'm in town visiting my brother. Jack and Jills did alright. The house bowling balls are raggedy, but the lanes are well oiled. Even saw a machine going through one of them when we showed up. I got destroyed by my brother. Cooool. So we ended up trying out the gaming section as well. 0/5 stars on their gaming section. 90% of the games would simply eat your tokens and not even start the game. There wasnt a single game that played correctly more than twice. Coins were getting stuck in the slots openings. Shut it down. Put something new there. It's a waste of space and in my opinion it looks trashy. Back to the bowling part of this, I noticed a few times that the correct amount of pins were not counted on our final turn. We hit 7 and it said you only need to hit one more (two or three times) Small bowling alley with not a lot of space for big families unless you are taking up multiple lanes. Don't bother coming here even when you make a reservation they will go out of their way to move your group to another lane just so they can put another party at your lane even when the party doesn't have a reservation it's so pathetic and unprofessional. It's a family run business and it's been awesome seeing the impact this place has on the American fork community. Disgusting and appalling. Only 10% of people were wearing masks and employees didn't do anything. I'm fact, many employees has their masks on their chin not covering nose or mouth as they spoke to us from a close distance! If you don't believe in science or following policy, you'll love it here. Super crowded, no social distancing, no noticeable attempts at sanitization, and well over 100 people. Signs saying "please wear a mask" aren't enough, especially when your own employees don't heed them. Left quickly without playing a game. read more

Jack & Jills Bowling Alley is my favorite spot. The staff always recognizes me, give me great pricing for being a regular. My wife and I love to bowl with them every Saturday night, as the staff is friendly, dedicated and the bowling is great. Like any other organization from time to time. They may experience technical difficulties with their equipment. However when they do I just have to give a Whistle and they come running to fix the problem as quick as is humanly possible. Jack is friendly and gives great free advice to help improve your bowling and is an all around great guy to get to know. Also best of all when I need food to give me energy to help me bowl better. They serve up the best darn fries that you can get in American Fork and they do it for a great price and deliver it to you with a friendly smile. So in Summary I love to bowl at Jack & Jills because they really treat me great and feed me even when my score is low like it is most of the time. Came for the 3 piece halibut with sweet potato fries and stayed for the bowling. I was trying to decide between Arctic Circle or Skippers when I remembered that I had heard that Jack and Jills had an excellent fried halibut and decided to give it a go. The service was great and the food was even better. Fresh halibut, fresh cooked sweet potato fries, and solid tartar sauce. Do not recommend at all. Poor service. My family of 9 people came and bought 2 hours of bowling spending $80. 1st, we weren't allowed to buy 3 lanes because a party was coming. There was literally 1 lane taken in the facility. We were in the 10th frame of the 2nd game when our time ran out. Management absolutely refused to give us a courtesy TWO MINUTES. Are you serious? Not only will we never come back, but I will make a point to go on every website to review this and call the owner personally to complain. This was my first time here, I actually liked it very very much and am definitely coming back. I had family in town and they love bowling. At first I was worried because the most recent review was terrible. But I figured after that review management probably cleaned up their act...and this place is like the only bowling alley near Lindon that's open on Sundays. I swear I read they opened at 10am so we arrived at 11:45am and the parking lot only had 1 car in it. I became worried that maybe they were not open on Sundays or they had closed down. BUT they were open. The place was clean, quiet, and inviting. They had an arcade area, 2 pool tables, an eating area, and about 24 lanes. There was only 1 guy working and he was in a business suit. He was very nice and set up our 2 lanes and got everyone their shoes. He explained that they technically were not open till 12pm so he didn't have any workers in yet, but we could definitely get started. As the workers came in, one of them asked if we had any preference on which Pandora stations they were going to play. As we were bowling we ordered some food. The service was fast, friendly, and she brought the food to our lane. We had so much fun bowling, playing pool, and the arcade games. It was especially nice that we were the only ones there for a while, and that the staff were so friendly. In the end for all 9 of us to play 2 games each we paid about $95. So about $5 per person per game including tax. The arcade games were mostly $0.50 each and the pool table was $1 per game. In short: I gave this place 5 stars because: - It very clean and well kept. - The workers were very friendly. - We didn't have any problems with our lanes. - It wasn't overly crowded and loud. (Gotta love Sunday mornings) - The prices were decent. - AND I really appreciate that they are open on Sundays. read more

The alley was clean and the bowling equipment works well. Lanes allow for bumpers to go up and down based on the player which makes it easy to bowl with children. 2 rounds of bowling cost over $11 per person which is a bit steep. The lanes were crowded and we had to share the children's ball ramps between 3 lanes. I suspect this is unusual as we were there on a holiday. Over all it is an ok bowling alley. Cosmic Adventure If you love music, lasers, having fun, and of course bowling, you will love cosmic bowling at Jack and Jills. I had never been cosmic bowling, but after my experience, I will definitely be going back. First of all, the atmosphere was amazing. Easy, fun, clean music, and laughter all around. This is a great place to bring your date. There was fun music, it was stress free fun, and the competitiveness of bowling makes it all a great experience. Something I wasn't expecting, All the bowling pins, and all of the walls, are glow in the dark! It adds a whole new element to regular bowling, not to mention the cool smoke machines. I felt like getting up and having a one person dance party. Its all in the details with Jack and Jills. Not only can you choose and type in your name for the scoreboard, but you can turn the bumpers on and off at will. This is really convenient for kids, or people who aren't very decisive. And of course, the bowler ramps for the kids at every lane. So in conclusion, if you want to go somewhere fun, and with great atmosphere, go to Jack and Jills. You wont be disappointed. read more

I called a few days before New Year's Day and asked if I could make a reservation for a large group for the holiday. I was told that they didn't take reservations. Our group decided to go anyway, and when we arrived we were quoted a 30 minute wait. We played games in the arcade and waited. 30 minutes came and went and we watched other groups walk in and get taken back to their lanes right away. I went to ask what was going on and was told that those groups had reservations. And to add insult to injury, some groups who were already playing had decided to add more games, and our wait was now going to be an additional 30 minutes. I expressed my frustrations, both with being misinformed about reservations and also about being bumped down the wait list, and was basically just told sorry, that's how it is. We have been here many times in the past and had a fun experience, but this visit was enough to make me question ever going back. Horrible customer service and very frustrating. read more
