Very clean theater and it wasn't busy at all for a weekend during the middle of the day. The seats were comfortable and they have a decent amount of leg room compared to other theaters. Customer service was good too - very kind employees. Big parking lot!

    Are politics really appropriate here???
    Alexis L.

I love this theater... until politics are RIGHT IN YOUR FACE? It's a place for families to get away from reality and experience a new movie and relax not sign petitions. This is ridiculous and disappointing. Majority of the people in my circle love the new flag and don't need to be harassed by political stuff at this establishment.

I seriously 100% LOVE Megaplex and will go to my grave saying it's the best movie theater ever. Here's why: All Megaplex Theaters have points you can earn by simply providing them with your rewards card or better yet, phone number. I haven't paid for popcorn or drinks for quite a while--not only because of the rewards I've stacked up personally but also the random emails and rewards they send out because they love their customers. All Megaplex Theaters have $5 Tuesday, which also correlates with cheap popcorn, drinks, and nachos. (Ranging from $1-$3). And the best part? If you use their app, you don't get charged any online convenience fee. WOOT WOOT PARTY PARTY. All Megaplex Theaters have delicious food and comfortable seating. Luxury Loungers? CHECK. D-Box? CHECK. Even their regular peasant seats (which I will happily sit in) are spacious, slightly reclined, and have plenty of leg room. I'd also recommend their loaded nachos with pork and a shake to wash everything down. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. This theater specifically is located conveniently off I-15, there are tons of restaurants around if you don't feel like eating at the movies, plenty of parking, GREAT customer service, and excellent movies with a whole variety of times to choose from. Take it from me, Megaplex will not steer you wrong! TIPS & TRICKS: * Park between the dinosaur museum and the theater, when you're done with your movie you can leave out the back doors and it spits you out right there. No use in walking around when you've just had a good cry fest from a watching the newest drama or your mind blown from the newest Marvel film. * If you're feeling really fancy, try their VIP Lounge. They provide you with luxury loungers and blankets to get cozy.

Took my little family of five here to see Sing 2. We went on a Tuesday for the $5 Tuesdays and there was only one other group in there. I like that they have the kiosks you can order your tickets and concessions. You just take your food ticket up to the food court and they will get it ready for you. We got seats the row right above the main aisle that divides the bottom and top section which is usually nice but there were big open gaps with a rail where my 3 toddlers could easily fall forward to a 3 ft drop. After we tried to fill up our popcorn bucket on the theater side but even though we were noticed no one ever came to help us or even bother to tell us to come to the other side of the counter. I'm a pretty patient customer but I would have liked some acknowledgment of being there or direction to come around instead of waiting there for five plus minutes. So we walked all the way to the main food court and got a refill.

For theater atmosphere, this one deserves 5 stars! I love coming here, mainly because of the ambiance and vibe it gives off. I enter here and know I going to have an epic movie experience. Popcorn is great, the gelato and doughCo machines are wonderful dessert options and the soda machine just makes my heart giddy. All is well in my movie world, until I sit in my seat. I typically end the movie with a slight kink in my neck after. If I could buy the luxury seats every time, my movie experience would be complete. Unfortunately, I would rather go to a nearby theater for the same movie price that gives me a luxury recliner, and forgo the dreamy atmosphere just to save a few bucks. Sorry, Megaplax TPI. If only I could afford luxury seating more often or could get a Tuesday seat quick enough. Still a fan of the gorgeous theater though!

I reached out to Fat Cats, and someone from their events department contacted me almost immediately. They walked me through every option--bowling times, shoe rentals, food packages, menu choices, how many each package would feed, and all the available add-ons. Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and incredibly easy to understand. A week after booking, more family members decided to come, so I needed to make some changes. Their events team handled everything seamlessly without missing a beat. Their customer service is truly five-star. When we arrived, there was a large welcome sign with our family name on it, which made everyone feel special. Our bowling lanes were ready to go, decorated, and waiting for us. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious, and everyone loved it. Most importantly, my kids, grandkids, my wife, and the rest of the family had an amazing time. Fat Cats made the entire experience effortless and memorable. I couldn't have asked for a better family reunion. Five stars to Fat Cats and their entire team. There is a check at the end to make sure you don't have any butterflies on you. Which on landed on me about 9 times so I was thrilled they could help me make sure I didn't take any hitchhikers out with me. There is a lab where you can see in through a glass window butterflies being created and forming. Folks working there are super nice. It's definitely more kid and family friendly but I do enjoy going on my own and learned some things from the signs. Very pretty space too. The fossil space had a lot of information and I like their put together info about when the animal lived, where fossils were found and more information about the period the animal lived in.

This review is purely for the Loggia wedding venue, so take it with a grain of salt. I'm sure the…read morerest of Thanksgiving Point is, from what I could tell from walking through it, an incredible place. The Loggia, however, while itself is a fantastic wedding venue, it is staffed by unfathomably incompetent employees. Here are just a handful of the most egregious offenses we suffered (mind you, as guests) at the hands of these clueless [redacted]s: * Upon arriving at the garden gazebo (utterly devoid of people), a half hour before the ceremony, we were greeted by (one of) the wedding planner(s?). When we inquired where everyone was, she didn't know. We asked if the ceremony was being at this garden gazebo, to which she replied something to the effect of "maybe, or one of the other ones". First off, there are no other ones. There was the waterfall area, where the reception was to be held later, but wh didn't she know that? Why did she have no clue whatsoever what was going on? * The ceremony was supposed to begin at 4:00 PM; by 5:00, the planners had gotten their shit together, things started happening. * Two employees, loudly chatting and pushing a large dumpster, just on the other side of a wall of trees (partially visible, and entirely audible), just as the couple were reciting their vows. Complete lack of spatial awareness! * Ceremony ended around 5:30; time to transition to the reception area, by the waterfall. The food, which should have been prepared prior to, or during the ceremony, didn't arrive until after 7:00 PM, leaving everyone hungry and anxious for nearly two hours. * The food was arranged buffet-style, on a single table (should have been at least two), and guests were allowed to serve themselves (save for the prime rib, which was carved sparingly by a single person), while no less that four (and sometimes as many as SIX) venue staff stood behind the table, arms behind their back, doing absolutely nothing. I cannot for a single second fathom what their purpose was, other than to collect a paycheck, and allow the venue to jack up the price of the event. * Complete mismanagement of the quantity of food provided for the agreed upon number of guests; some of the last guests were underserved as a result. * The venue manager attempting to charge the bridal party an extra fee because the cake vendor arrived earlier than expected...because somehow sticking a cake in the fridge for a couple extra hours is a hassle worth stressing out the couple, and shaking them down for a few extra bucks. * The wedding planner bringing out the cake immediately after the ceremony, in 95° heat, which means it would have sat there for 3 hours, before it was time for it to be served. Fortunately, the mother of the bride noticed and told her to put it back in the fridge, so it wouldn't melt. * The venue charged $300 for lemonade service. You read that right: lemonade. * Oh, and of course, the married couple could not choose to use outside vendors or caterers for anything, leaving them at the mercy of these ridiculous hucksters. Five star venue, with one star service and value for your money. If you've got money to burn and nothing to lose, yeah, this place is probably great, if you can stomach watching them piss away your hard-earned cash with almost nothing to show for it. At least it's pretty here.
