There are some issues they are unable to address…read more(body work, computer issues on newer cars), but they inform you of this and refer you to reputable establishments that are able to remedy the problem. I've taken my care there several times and have always been happy. There was one repair that resulted with a problem a few weeks later; however I don't believe it was their fault and they fixed it free of charge.

July 13 with it still shaking and vibrating after they said that they test drove it and it was OK to pick up , unfortunately, that wasn't the truth The motor mounts was missing two of them and it was an obvious with the work they had just done with it being right above the transmission. I had to take my car way out to the other autoshop in Belvedere just to get that fixed. This place is a big joke from the management on now. I wouldn't. recommend this place to a dog !! Then the next day I ended up in the emergency room. Had 3 different viruses attacking my liver. Went to these guys after a few weeks. They showed me how to fix it. Then ended up in the ER again then admitted to the hospital for 3 days. So in and out of ER and hospital for 8-1/2 days. I couldn't remember what he said. So went a dropped it off to them. They fixed the same morning. So nice to not having to tye my door shut. Thank you guys for the good work.

I had a pretty major repair along with some insurance complexities, and Craig handled everything seamlessly, making the entire process so much easier for me. The attention to detail was outstanding. Craig noticed that one of the replacement taillights had a small crack. It easily could have been overlooked, but instead he immediately called and had a new one shipped. To top it all off, they even cleaned my car before I picked it up--it honestly looks brand new! I highly recommend Kar Kraft.
