My 2013 Ford F-150 was rear ended at a stop light by a Jeep Compass 2023 resulting with damages on the left rear end. Needed entire bumper, Left tail light assembly, dent and a hole in the fender. I would look into Gerber Collision before going to this shop. I went to this shop in person for quotes on several things that needed repaired on my car including a mirror and some dents/scratches. I was told I would get an email with all of the info within a day or two but it never happened. I called two more times and was told I would receive all the info by email but never received it. I can confirm it was never sent to me. After calling and receiving the excuse of, "oh, I had your email in there wrong", I still didn't receive them. At the same time all of this was happening I needed a new door on the same car, so I ordered one off of a totaled car that was nearly brand new and brought it in to be paint matched. After having trouble finding the paint identification sticker on my car, out of haste the manager started to scan my paint rather than find the sticker. This is never a good idea when the sticker can be located, plus the car was dirty. Locating it took a simple google search to find where the manufacturer put it and I was on my way. I was told that the door would be painted the next day and ready for pickup by midweek, (I had dropped it off on a Monday). The door was finally completed the following Thursday and I went to pick it up on Friday. Calls during this time offered either no answer or excuses for why things were not yet done. When I stopped by on Friday to pick up the door, it had no hinges or interior trim/plastic. When I dropped it off, it had hinges and trim, it was a complete door. When I asked where the hinges were I was offered no explanation. When I asked where the plastic was I was told it was likely thrown away. This plastic also includes a special speaker that is a part of the Fender audio system. I went to put the door on and couldn't get the hinge bolts to thread into the door. I took a look in the holes and observed the threads were damaged, someone had cross threaded bolts in both holes and left some thread from the hinge bolts in the threads of the door. I needed a tap to clean it up but didn't have one with me because I was still in Bodylines parking lot. I went inside to show the manager. He played it off and blamed it on paint filling the threads even though it was obvious what had happened, and proceeded to take my good hinge bolts from the car and force them into the holes on the door, crudely "cutting" new threads. As a technician, it was painful to watch knowing what was going on but I kept my mouth shut because he was going to do his own thing anyway and he wasn't going to let me keep him from hanging himself. After "making" new threads and briefly helping me hang my door, he made the comment about how it was good that I didn't have the hinges because the door would have been harder to hang. In his words, there was adjustment on the body side of the hinges but not the door side. This is not true. The hinges have adjustment on the door side, I had to readjust the door after I left. Just another lie that he thought I couldn't see through. He told me the guy that did the door was at a funeral and that he would get back to me when the guy called him. I never received a call. When I got home I went to take off the plastic from my old door to put onto the new. The latch cable has to be removed carefully from the plastic to ensure it doesn't break. The new door's latch-cable plastic, on the end that hooks to the door handle inside, was broken. It looked like it had been ripped off. Thankfully I was able to replace it with my old cable. Lastly, the clear coat on the door was not as thick as it needed to be, nor was it buffed to make it uniform. The rest of my car has a smooth clear coat finish, the door is orange peeled. You cant trust carwise reviews. It says in their FAQ's that reviews are vetted. read more

These guys are amazing! $7200 damage to my 6 month old car and it looks perfect! The paint job is actually better then the factory finish. They took care of everything and the car was spotless when I got it back. They detailed it inside and out! I will be telling anyone and everyone about this place.
