We had realtors who had high energy, looked slick and talked slick about how they were the best but proved to be unaccommodating and we felt like we worked for them instead of the other way around. She had open houses when we wanted them, and had them for the length of time that we wanted which no other realtor would do. Several problems still exist. Moreover, the subsequent houses that were built after mine have been poorly managed. 11 houses were built without ever having a port-a-potty. Disposal containers only appeared after multiple complaints to the town. Tony Schnieder's response "this is a construction site, what do you expect".....then he hangs up.
