Well come to find out the basement floods from a random hole in the wall that wasn't disclosed. With the blizzard of 2026 and the recent rain we have damage galore. We thought they painted the floor because they painted everything else but apparently it was to cover up water damage. We tried to handle this without making a review but the agent never reached out to help us even if it wasn't financially but to put us in contact with the previous owner. I called the main line at Jack Conway and was told they'd have a manager reach out the didn't my husband had to call and left a voicemail when we got a call back they weren't willing to provide anything other than oh contact your agent. My husband lost his shit and the water is only getting worse. If I could give zero stars I would. Not for nothing they already have 2 stars so I'm not surprised. They say disclosures aren't required and I think that that "law" needs to be changed.

My husband and I are good, quiet, and respectful tenants and we never had an issue with our landlord until she got involved when our landlord went away for 2 months. She purposely didn't cash our rent check for 28 days after I had expressed my unsatisfactory experience with her and how I would not tolerate her disrespecting my guests. She is around 3-4 times a week and is rude every time. After having to go to court with her because she stated I was "harassing" her even though I hadn't spoken to her for almost 6 months, the judge laughed in her face and the case was dismissed. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS WOMAN. AVOID HER AND ALL THE PROPERTIES SHE REPRESENTS! SHE WILL CAUSE YOU NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!
