    Jack Daniels VW just gave me the most absurd, unprofessional "deal" I've ever seen and I never even went there in person. It started with a phone/text quote: $3,000 down, $439/month, 36 months, 12k miles. When I asked for a breakdown, silence. Then I get passed around to "Tina" (who flat-out refused to give details) and a manager posing as "Kourtney" (likely their AI bot) who finally admits the quote didn't include fees. This same manager swore no NJ dealer could match my target deal - yet three separate VW dealers are within $10 and still negotiating. Jack Daniels' so-called "best and final"? $3,000 down, $537/month for 39 months. That's not negotiating, that's a bait-and-switch with a laugh track. Then comes the GM. Incoherent, typo-filled emails, claiming I used the word "unless" as a threat (never happened), followed by a "lawyers and slander" intimidation card. The irony? Their own math doesn't hold up, and their own team contradicts itself. If you like misinformation, stonewalling, and fake urgency, this is your place. If you value honesty, math that makes sense, and basic respect, literally any other VW dealer in NJ will treat you better. Attached: screenshots of the entire conversation with Donald, the GM, (good luck finding the word "unless") plus the original text showing the first quote I was given.

    This is the 3rd time in a row I've leased a car from this dealership. It's always quick, easy, low stress and fair and that's why I keep coming back. Looks like most poor reviews on here are for the service center which is where I've been going for 6 years to get my last cars serviced--they've always been great too. But people who are rating the service center here--there's a difference between the service center and the dealerships guys. Anyway Ramon (sales) and Damon (finance) were a pleasure to work with. Got a great car and a great deal and the process is always easy, smooth and stress free.

    Purchased a pre-owned tiguan with a check engine light. The salesman Alex, who is now unreachable, agreed any light or issues would be resolved as part of the deal. The NEXT morning the car was dead and would not start. Had to buy a new battery to install. The DAY after that, the check engine light was on for an issue that was promised to be resolved prior to purchase. 15 days later i still have no plates, nor any signs that the registration has even been filed. I've been told the salesman is expected to be out for months. The finacer is out of office and any agreements or resolutions fall of deaf ears. My calls have been bounced between departments numerous times over the last 2 weeks. UPDATE: My temp plates are now about to expire tomorrow. The general manager and manager are holding my plates ransom, locked in their office in retaliation for the poor review. Unknown which has them specifically, as neither are responding 4 days later. Drove 90 minutes there to pick them up and the receptionist said they didnt have them and drove back home, 2 hours with traffic. My 3rd time making the trip. They have not been responding for days. I now have to file a lost plate form with the police and head to the NYDMV to replace the documents i paid $180 for at time of sale. ALSO, the managers are trying to charge me an additional $64 as they say they have underquoted fees. Funny enough, the maximum charge in New York is $175 and the temp fees in New Jersey is under $10. Typical stealership. These guys are crooks. Drive the extra 30 minutes to a better business.

    * I have posted the same review on Google only to be slandered by this so called "well established company." They have lied and have nothing to show for themselves. Please be careful when dealing with Jack Daniels VW. I posted screen shots of Google review. * History: 1 VW from three county and 2 VW from Jack Daniels. Returned recently to JD to see if they had interest setting me up with a new Tiguan and trading in my 2021Tiguan SEL premium R type. My experience prior to this was ok. Interestingly enough, both salesman who worked with me and my wife left VW shortly after our deals. This time around I had Christian, his people skills werent as refined as his predecessors. For example, using phrases like "r*ping me" when referencing the increased cost of something is not a way I speak with people in a professional or social setting. There was more banter beyond that than I cared for. The deals offered stunk up the joint. The negotiation was poor. The characters stale. This was going to be my 4th VW and instead I walked away (twice). I ended going to a different dealership and getting a nice deal. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Interests rates aren't the best, but don't compound it with subpar service.

    Worst dealership EVER!!! No service. Lack of communication between Sales and Service. Would not purchase another car from this dealership.

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. Getting someone to answer a…read morephone call or return a message seems nearly impossible. The finance department never answers, calls are not returned, and emails go unanswered. I spoke with Crista, who told me she couldn't help and would transfer me to someone who could. Instead, the call was disconnected. I also spoke with a woman at the service desk who was unwilling to assist or point me in the right direction. I've reached out to Sheila as well and have had no meaningful response. I also spoke to Wendy who directed me to her supervisor who also couldn't help me in the absolute slightest. It's frustrating when multiple employees seem unwilling or unable to help customers. A dealership's responsibility doesn't end once the sale is completed. Communication, follow-up, and customer support are all part of the experience, and unfortunately this dealership has been severely lacking in all three. I would NOT recommend this dealership based on the poor customer service and lack of accountability I've experienced. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Two weeks later the salesman had no answers for me and the manager never came to see or talk to me. I now see its back online at a higher price. They're terrible businesspeople and I would never go back. So, before you get scammed and waste all your time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me I've been doing this a long time and multiple cars. Look at the reviews and listen to them, I only lost time, you may lose money, they also have a dealership in Englewood cliff. I hope I helped someone out

    This is the main Tesla hub in Bergen county, that has demo drive, service area, super chargers and…read moreorder pick ups. I scheduled a demo drive on a Saturday within an hour, showed up at the store and got to drive Model Y within few minutes. I just had to show my drivers license and I was handed the key card with some minor explanation. After my demo drive, I had to wait about 20 minutes to see an associate to return the key card and go over some questions. I waited another hour to see a 7-seat demo car but it never came. Our associate was knowledgeable and answered all the questions. You cannot buy a car from the store like a dealership. The store itself is very nice, you get the Tesla minimalistic vibe. There are few cars on display, including cybertruck. In another corner, associate help customers with custom order and some with picking up their delivery. They have a basic lounge that has coffee, tea and water. Overall I liked the store. Associates are friendly and looking to help customers. It's when there's a lot of customers in the store, it's hard to get hold off an associate. The entrance/parking is also a bit chaotic with customers parking their own car, driving the demo car and towing service bringing in the troubled cars. The superchargers here are often busy. Per one of the associates it is also not the beat as a lot of the power is consumed by the service center and the store. They suggest going to the two nearby superchargers stations on NJ-17.
