I made the appointment approximately two weeks prior and they called/emailed me to confirm. The dealership and service center is located right off Route 4. I arrived with my vehicle and walked inside through the front. I met my service advisor Danny and he was super pleasant. He brought my car in for me and assessed my maintenance. He told me that he will work to get it done as quickly as possible so I can be on my way. I left my car and went to grab a bite to eat. He texted and called me when my vehicle was ready. The maintenance took maybe an hour. When I went back, my car was washed, serviced and ready to go! Great experience overall! Danny Vieceli is professional, straightforward and a pleasure to work with! The showroom is also very nice, modern and clean. There's a waiting area if you decide to stick around.

Brought my Tucson to replace Clutch actuator. My Tucson was drivable. After replacing actuator the…read morevehicle wasn't drivable any more. My vehicle was in the shop for 5 month. Long story short. I requested to put back the old part. The old part was damage so it couldn't be put back. George told me that in order for the actuator to work it has to be reprogrammed and that he didn't have the program. He stated to me that it will be cheaper to replace the transmission. I stated to George that the transmission wasn't the problem. I decided to take my vehicle to anther shop. The other shop took just approximately 2 hours to fix the problem. I gave 2 stars because George was very respectful.
