The previous reviewer, Carolina R., decided to affect Blumenthal Insurance with yet another one of her 1-star reviews. Carolina, in her Yelp profile admits that she is "narotic" (I think she meant neurotic), and when asked by Yelp what her most recent discovery is, she lists: "that I really do not understand life." With over 25% of her reviews being 1-star reviews, and local landmarks like The Fish Market suffering Carolina's wrath, I would welcome you to find a more community oriented, service-oriented insurance company than this one. People who understand life recognize that great companies like this one are tough to find. Plainly put, Blumenthal Insurance has been insuring people, businesses, property, automobiles, etc. for decades. Well I am pleasantly surprised. I can't believe I'm saying this but I guess I should start from…read morethe beginning. So it all began when I was showering at a clients house, we won't really go into that. But mid shower I was using his loofah and it appeared to be very authentic to the sea floor. I thought it was in fact a sponge from the ocean. I still don't have clarification on that but the inception had taken place. This past winter I began collecting Dead Sea sponges on my dives in the coral reef, needless to say they weren't what I was expecting. So I left them in a box in the garage. Well then the invasion took place. I live near the water and this summer, after a bit of a hiatus I come home to find I was invaded. By lobsters!! Whole heaps of them trying to get my sponges. I wasn't sure how or why this was happening, but I knew it was too big a job for me. They were destroying my home clamping down on all the antiquities and artifacts, pinching wires, even getting stuck in my copper pipes. Let me tell you, essence of lobster bisque is not what you want in your drinking water. So that's when I had to reach out to Ashton Ellis State Farm agency and her team. Superb service is an understatement. She had the lobster removal squad out there in a flash. And she made sure my claim was honored to restore my domicile back to tip top condition. She even hooked me up with her loofah connection. I honestly couldn't be more pleased. If you are considering or using anyone else for insurance, let me tell you, when life hits you hard and weird you wish you were working with the Ellis team.
