I pulled up to the drive thru and the girl said may I help you and I told her I wanted a breakfast Jack combo with a coke and 2 tacos, and then I said please make sure the hashbrown is fresh. She the came back and said could you repeat your order so I told her the exact same thing but when I got to the tacos she said she had those. Before I left the house I grabbed 2 - $20 bills ,that is all the cash I had and I paid for my meal with it. the total was $6.91. she handed me $3.09 in change all folded with the change loose in between. I told her I handed her a $20 bill and she said I gave her a $10. so she counted the register while I am waiting my food is still inside with her about another 5 minutes, she open the window and was very rude and no apologies and I drove off. I pulled around the corner and opened my bag and there was a cold soggy hash brown and no tacos in the bag with a barely warm breakfast jack. If I could give zero stars I would. I keep going back to this establishment hoping that they get better. Don't think I'll ever go back. Went there last night, ordered our food and we were parked waiting on it for about 30 minutes! The guy parked about 4 cars at a time. I'm guessing because there is a certain time limit to keep cars at the window. When he came out the first time he gave us the bag and just walked back inside. No thank....you no nothing. Checking the bag, it was the wrong order. He came back out after he realized he had given us the order for the car behind us. He took the bag from us, then gave it to them!!
