!!DO NOT GO HERE!! Me, my mother, and my little brother came to this place and we got 10 tacos, We noticed the tacos weren't just GREASY but NOT COOKED. We of course went to go ask for a new batch because we don't want greasy tacos.. In all honesty my mother admitted to working there (at jack in the box) to the very rude lady who worked there, and the lady completely disregarded what my mother had implied continuously saying "I made these myself, I know how to make the tacos well done and I did that for you." like oh yeah I can see that the grease on your hair and tacos match. Why even bother trying to argue with a customer? How rude and disrespectful in my personal view. I know I'm 'young' and need good examples for my life in the future but this was just wow. I mean how can someone just come at my mother that way when my mother just wanted to get a new batch or even a refund. We've always had good food here and usually good service. We always double-check that they put the right sauces in the bag. We enjoy the egg rolls and the chicken pieces. This place is honestly a 50/50, sometimes the food is extremely good, hot n fresh, less then 6m wait time, and sometimes they'll get your order wrong, forget sauces, food gets cold, forgets receipts, me personally have had SOME good experiences, however my mom has not where her sandwiches/burgers are poorly made, overcooked/burnt food, etc, I ordered today through DoorDash and they completely botched my order. I ordered a double jack when they gave me a completely different burger along with adding vegetables to every taco i got when i specifically asked for no lettuce, it's even on the receipt. They gave me no sauce, no napkins, wrong drink, how do you mess up an order this badly... Usually they're on top of it but I guess not, heard they keep messing up orders too for other customers according to their managers. This is a pretty nice Jack In The Box. It has an actual fire place which I hear gets turned if its cold enough or if you ask them to. The staff at the front worked really great under pressure when they were slammed with the lunch hour. What happened was my grandmother ordered a senior coffee, but somehow it didn't come out with her meal. I went up by the counter to wait until there was a gap in the line to ask for it. Before I waited 10 seconds, one of the young ladies asked what I needed and made the coffee right then and there --- And she did it with a smile. I really like not feeling like a bother to restaurants. I had the BBQ chicken combo with curly fries, and split a vanilla shake with my wife, which more than filled me up. All the seniors with at my table ordered the breakfast combo which comes with mini pancakes. They all seemed to love it.
