It's very oily but did not feel overwhelming. Everything else was good too. The horchata agua fresca was not watery or too sweet; I could taste the rice. The loaded fries are great, the burritos and tacos as well. The plain nachos we good too but not as good as everything else. Lots of food for the price. Lots of space and sauces on each table. We chose this spot based on my partner's memories he used to come here often as a young adult on his way to tournaments, so it felt a bit nostalgic for him. The burrito, in my opinion, needed a bit more salt it came across a little bland. The torta was okay as well, but nothing really stood out. Our server was incredibly kind and friendly. She even offered to bring our food to the table, which didn't seem to be their usual process. I recently moved to Banning. I have been looking for a good taco spot. This place is NOT it. I was so disappointed. I ordered 5 tacos and order of huevos rancheros. The asada meat was nothing but huge chunks of FAT. GROSS!!! The huevos rancheros were not authentic and served with what looked like potato tots. Stopped by on my way home on a Monday. Originally I was looking for a place that sold menudo...I got here and found out the only serve it on weekends.
