So we went on the Sunday to eat their delicious tacos, but again the car show was there taken up all the spaces. There are no chicks in the club. They were just showing off their cars to each member in the club and show the cars off themselves. I don't understand this other than they just want the attention for themselves so they bribed the managers with donuts to stay longer and take up a bunch of parking spaces so they can park their fancy cars anyway the tacos were good for fast food other than them with the car show there. Visiting here from Illinois, where we do not have JIB anymore I was thrilled to see that you could get 2 tacos for $.99 !! WOW, I went a bit mad and ordered 50 tacos for delivery with taco sauce. Oh boy, delivery was great, but when I opened the bags I found NO sauce and the saddest, emptiest, dryest gross looking tacos. No sauce, barely lettuce. Needless to say, I ate a couple and then just pitched the rest. I realize it wasn't a big $$ amount, but if you're gonna have a taco special you'd think you'd make the taco decent! read more

The lady that manages this restaurant is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever seen in my life. She's incompetent. I had a mobile order as one does but I get to the drive thru and in the most rude way the manger goes mobile orders are only through the counter so you must come in side. So I wait in line so I can go inside about 15 mins for two cars in front of me, so soon enough I get inside and she asked me are you the mobile order I say yes and I got a nice worker who asked about my drinks and I say yes two larges and the manger goes it wasn't on the screen so no you don't. It was painful trying to order....... the communication and understanding was awful. The food -the burgers were so dry and overcooked or old. The parking lot and drive-thru are empty and I pull up to the speaker and am told to wait a moment. no big deal and I sit and wait....wait wait. So I decided "hey ill just go in and see what's up". I walk into the empty store lobby and see one employee quietly having lunch and 4 other employees standing in a group together and barely notice that I even walked in. The manager or store lead whose name is Vanessa from what my receipt read and one of the other people called her Vanessa. so I start recording with my cell phone and I immediately start getting attitude (you know some people who dont like being caught act) one of the girls even says that I can tell the owner because he doesn't care anyway. a couple of the girls start recording me and I am definitely okay with as I knew I was in the right. I watched Vanessa make my food as I did not feel comfortable walking away. if your drive-thru wait is long walk into the store and watch work as that may be the only way you will get your food in a timely fashion even when no one is there. The late night service here now is a total joke. I just got food through Doordash(yeah there is a review there too) and the fries were old and cold and stale! The burger was barely room temp! Two weeks ago I ordered and the Dasher had to cancel my order because no one would come to the drive thru window so they could pick up my order!! So I drove over there and the place was lit up and every light and sign on the place on and they were still open but with employee cars in the parking lot. I sat at the drive thru and no one came to help. They slackers were hiding in the back so they didn't have to do anything. I really want to express this. I do not, in any way blame the workers. They are working hard and I give them major props. If a business is open for a longer night shifts, then the manger needs to have more than 2 people working it. That's on him. Not the workers. I ordered on the app and I did that at 8:20. I get up to window and get asked to pull around. I understand. It is 10pm........ I have been waiting for a simple meal... for an hour and 40 mins. Granted. There are people still here. I ordered 6 total tacos with only meat and cheese. When my order came out, along with what my husband ordered (6 tacos with sauce). Every single taco had sauce in them. We had to wait again for the correct order. When that batch came out, they were correct but some had sauce smeared on the outside of the taco shell. No other issues. I love love jack in the box tacos and sometimes I just have to indulge. I tried their new kiosk which seemed to fluster the staff. I ordered two tacos and large drink. Easy? Took a lot longer thank expected and it was only 11:30 so no big lunch rush. I would also comment on the cleanliness if the beverage area. And we agreed and went through the drive thru and waited 20-30 mins, one we got to the window another 7-10 mins. We finally got our food. Wow I was suprised and they may have restored my faith in fast food. First the doors and windows are very clean. Even the restroom was clean. I ordered Chicken fijita pita, yum the chicken was hot melting the cheese perfectly and the luttuce & tomatoes were chilled perfect . I had a creamy strawberry shake to top it off. Thee workers obviously do not want to be there, they put absolutely no meat in the tacos, they get our order wrong nearly every time.

Drove from Thornton to Brighton & figured I would indulge & have some JITB when I got to town. During this time, I passed a lot of other restaurants that would have been a much better choice.
