The only good thing were the onion rings. Place was trashed and honestly shouldn't have even eaten inside but we'd been driving a while and I ordered on the app for pick up inside. We stopped in on the way home about 4pm on Monday Oct 9, 2023. I immediately went to the restroom to wash my hands. Paper waste was on the floor, the sink was caked in what appeared to be greyish grease. The paper towel dispenser was hanging open, and the roll of paper was wet. That bathroom hasn't been cleaned in several days, at least. I used toilet paper to open the door so I could escape with somewhat clean hands. The dining room was dirty. Every table had food remnants on it. Again, my wife and I were the only people to stay in this place besides the staff. There were only 2 customers inside, who ordered "to go" and left shortly after we ordered. My wife had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, which was fine. I had a Jumbo Jack combo, which was not fine. I asked for ketchup for the burger and fries, to be told there was no ketchup. I noticed the drink dispenser in the lobby was not useable. My "Jumbo" burger was a Jr, with a half slice of cheese instead of 2 slices as advertised. Maybe they are also out of cheese. I told the woman who took my order about this and she said I should have gotten what I ordered. She should know. She took our order and gave it to us, and chatted with the cook while he made it. I explained about the cheese again, and pointed out that the burger was a Jr., and had no split-top bun. She informed me they are out of those buns. Evidently they are also out of the large burgers, since they cannot make one, but will happily charge you for one. Meanwhile, a lone man came in and ordered a combo "to go", and he was given a sandwich (probably also a Jr. Instead of large) in a bag with no drink and no fries, by the same woman who had also taken his order and handed it to him. He explained this, and asked for ketchup (nope). She was puzzled and asked him to reiterate his order, while she was holding his receipt in her hand. She couldn't focus on two customers, so she finally got back to me and said that she could go ask the cook if I got what I ordered, if I would like her to. He was standing right there. I just looked at both of them and said, "Nevermind. I'll just pay for food I didn't get. This is going nowhere." The poor guy waiting for his combo to be completed properly finally got something similar to what he wanted, and left. The barely conscious and semi-functional behavior of the lady taking orders was astonishing. I have the impression that they fully planned to continue handing people Jr. Burgers while charging them for the larger burgers. Obviously, they had no split buns, they had no ketchup, and apparently there's a cheese shortage going on. We left. We'll never be back. read more

not the worst place to get food from in the area... but it ain't the best either. if you come to this specific JITB, treat it like you're at a sit-down restaurant, because the wait times are on the same level. no matter how many people they have working there, food never gets out quick. i don't mind it personally since I assume the food is made to order, but if you're in a rush and need a quick lunch, this ain't the place to go. this food itself is a hit or miss. You can definitely tell when they haven't cooked with clean grease, and they tend to either get your order wrong or not give you the amount of food you paid for (seriously, how did i only get seven nuggets when i asked for ten?) on the bright side though, the staff are usually pretty chill and they seem like a tightknit group. could be more professional tho -- you can hear them laugh, rant, and cuss plain as day lol. read more

Their food is usually pretty good. Went through drive through and no one was in line. Then told to pull around and two others were waiting on the side. Place is not busy should not have to wait when you order off the the menu as it comes with no special requests. So far an eight minute wait. I was thinking unacceptable. Then I got my food. It was hot, everything was hot. Fries tacos, burger. I could not believe it. And then I thought it was well worth the wait. My number one complaint at all restaurants, no matter the score. I went in to order my food and the lady taking my order was messing on her phone and literally had AirPods in taking my Order. After I finally got my order it was wrong. Fountain drink area is rusted at the base. Floor is sticky. I counted 8 flies in dining area. Tables, fountain area, dining room needs attention. Up until yesterday, I had never had any problems with this location. Yesterday, I went into this establishment with a friend of mine who is a disabled veteran with a service animal. I watched in horror and disbelief as he was REFUSED service because he would not share what his disability was/is with the manager on duty. She actually said "You don't look blind, so why do you need that animal?" Even after he presented the Service Animal ID for the animal, he was still refused service. Epic fail, Jack. read more

We have bought food here several times in the last week. Restaurant is never busy, and the staff are always extremely friendly and efficient. This has become my favorite fast food place in Dallas. Prices are right and the food taste wonderful. Not a single complaint with this restaurant. read more

Avoid this place at all cost! There were no cars in the parking, no one in the restaurant(should have been first clue). After a unnecessary difficult ordering process in the drive through, we were told to drive around and they would bring our food. We did and after waiting about 5 minutes finally walked inside and our bags had been sitting on the counter the whole time. To top it, the food tasted horrible and we threw it all away. The food here is usually pretty good, but lately the service has sucked! My mother-in-law and I went thru with some friends on our way home after some drinks. It was pretty late probably around midnight but we've gone there before around that time no problem. The girl running the drive thru was NOT nice at all. However, tonight I was running late and went by later than usual to the Jack in the Box cause I was craving bacon cheddar potato wedges. I also decided to get some chicken tenders while I was there (late night drive thru). There was an African American gentleman who cooked me fresh chicken tenders and brought it out to me and even went back in for the sauces I had asked for.
