The staff here is unmatched!! After a rough night last night, I noticed that I started to get lightheaded and out of breath and realized my blood sugar had dropped very very low while I was driving. I quickly pulled over and went into my neighborhood Chick-fil-a, barely able to walk from the car to the door. The moment I walked in, the staff could see that something was wrong and they IMMEDIATELY gave me food, orange juice and a chair to sit down in. Talk about God's angels on earth! The manager, Ms. Keisha and her staff were so amazing, making sure I was ok and talking me through everything. Cody even had the audacity to try to give me my food completely free, lol. I will forever support this location and am extremely appreciative of their grace and hospitality. This staff is A1, thank you all so much again! read more

The drive through for this Chick-fil-A doesn't make sense. They recently did some construction so I thought they were widening the drive thru but the only difference I've noticed is the modification to accommodate a mobile line. Most locations have this mobile line to speed up service for people who order a head of time. This makes sense if they can easily cruise through the line to get their order and leave. But here, it doesn't make any sense. They have a drive thru line and a mobile line that merges to one lane after the ordering kiosk. So people can bypass all the cars in line waiting to order but they still have to wait in line behind for the people who've already ordered before receiving their food. Not much faster if you're still having to wait. Another moot point, they have a waiting spot a few feet in front of the pick up doorway so cars can pull up to wait for their food to help the car behind whose food is ready. But it's not like the second car can leave afterwards because they still have to wait for the car in front to move because it's one lane. read more

Although I normally like most Chick-fil-A's this one was not really anything special. Service was great as usual but the spicy chicken biscuit had a very soggy biscuit and there's definitely no spiciness to it. The frosted coffee was as good as usual. read more

We hit most of the chick-fila's while traveling for softball. Typically they are the fastest. For some reason the past two times I have visited this particular one, they wait is so so long. The worst Chick-fil-A. Every time I go the line takes forever and my order is always wrong. It gets worse every time I am there. This last visit I put in a mobile order and waited in line for 30 minutes. They handed me someone else's order. It had my name on it but not my food. When I finally got my order, I received the wrong drink, I was missing a milkshake, missing sauce, utensils, straws and a kids ice cream cone. I still never got my utensils or straws and they gave me an ice cream cup instead of a cone. The employees never even spoke to me. They were too busy having conversations with each other and ignoring customers. read more

I like the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and especially the regular lemonade. The servers were respectful and extremely helpful with menu items and knew what the ingredients, I have severe allergies so I need to avoid certain things. The Chick-fil-A store in Belmont is very clean and each month has a high score from the health department. I give it five stars. read more

I come to this particular location often as it on my way home. However, today was the first time I was very disappointed in the behavior of a team member here. This is during the COVID 19 outbreak. Therefore, you can only go through the drive-through to pick up your orders. As I pulled up to the pick up window where they hand you your food I noticed a young lady standing outside the window handing people their food. She was wearing a plastic face shield presumably to protect herself from the virus. The problem is that she was carrying on a pretty vigorous conversation while standing directly over my milkshake which didn't have a lid on it. So therefore any spittle or droplets coming from her mouth could splatter on to the plastic shield and land in my food. She did not have anything covering her mouth. I'm quite sure she was not aware that this could happen so I politely asked her to have my milkshake remade. She got a big attitude with me. She didn't say anything but it was her look, her body language and the way she handed my new milkshake back to me with an abruptness. I tried to call the store manager but they aren't answering their phones now. Hopefully someone will see this. read more

They have great fast food. My favorite is their garden salad with chicken. I also love that the kids can trade the toy for an ice cream if they don't like the toy. Friendly staff and the woman at the registered picked out that I was from Texas by my necklace and accent. I don't think I have an accent, but sometimes it comes out I guess. The food is great, but what difference does it make if you are consistently getting the orders wrong? My order was pretty simple: A four piece chicken strips was given to me spicy; I knew the moment I opened the box because they are a completely different color. My eight count nuggets turned out to be a six count nuggets. The reward I used was for a free 4-count strips but I was charged anyway. When I got to the window and asked them to fix it, they said they did. Days later I still haven't received a credit. The order has been wrong three of the last four times. Multiply that times thousands of cars going through their drive-through every day, and you've got a lot of screwed up orders.. They were kind enough to fix the nuggets order, but I'm done with this location. read more
