Only IF you check your order before walking out the door. 3 times in as many months we've gotten an order to go. The first time they left out a whole order. 2nd time I was supposed to get a free queso with my order, before I left the place I checked and sure enough, they'd charge me. The worker told me to call back later bc "I don't know how to fix it." The third time, they added 2 things i specifically left off bc I'm allergic. The manager sent a refund to my card. First of all let me say we order from this Moe's about 3-4 times a month. We tend not to dine in because the restaurant is somewhat dirty and the staff are more interested in their own conversations than paying attention to the customer. We order the meal kits and they are always hot and well put together so we order ahead and come in and grab it or get it delivered.... Fast forward to today's debacle... We placed an order on Moe's website at 5:00. We placed the order because our friends needed a meal and we weren't home to cook. (Sounded like a good idea). The order arrived at 6:10. Now I don't fault the time on anyone, it was quoted for 6:10 and arrived right on time. Our friends called and thanked us for the order but noted there was no meat.... We looked on the app and, yes, we ordered chicken and Ground beef. My wife called the store and spoke to Kristen, (very nice and apologetic for the mix up) who said we had to figure out what third party received the order and call them. After a half hour of tracking down phone numbers and speaking to people at customer service for Door Dash the order was resubmitted at 6:29. At 7:30 our friends still hadn't gotten their dinner. Long story short.... (Yeah right). We called the store and spoke with Dan who was quite rude and said he had fixed the first order himself and that he could not find the meat options on the original order. I HAVE IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Yes we ordered chicken and Ground Beef. He said we would have to call Door dash again, he couldn't help us, nothing had come through. It's 8:45 now and just got off the phone with Door Dash. The store had not accepted the 6:29 order to remake. The excellent people at Door Dash offered us a refund. Our friends are fast asleep by now and enjoyed their vegetarian tacos. Wish we could have taken better care of them. Final nail in the coffin they forgot the 6 cookies my wife ordered. Racism is strong in this Moes, first they wouldn't take my 100$ bill and then I offered smaller bills to pay for the food ( 10$ and 5$ bills ) the manager told the employees they wouldn't even take that cash from me as other patrons were paying in cash, I ask to speak to the manager but they just ignored me. Moes used to be a great restaurant. However my last visit have been bad. An employee offered the take off a price of a burrito since it was a free birthday burrito. Next thing I know she decides that the burrito isn't include and charges me. I said there where no exclusions or specifications on the coupon. The employee said it doesn't matter what it says it's not included. There needs to be a sign if Moes is going to make specifications or exclusions. Employees need to be retrained on speaking to customers. When I sent feedback to Moes I received an email saying " The free Birthday Burrito has been around a long time, whereas the chef builds are fairly new and not included in any promotion since we offer them already at a special price. " No where in the restaurant is there a sign stating items are not in included in any promotion. The coupon doesn't state this anywhere. A burrito is a burrito. Typically the burritos and tacos are pretty decent, but I placed a To-Go order recently and it must've been new staff on because I received something closer to a burrito nugget than the Moo Moo Mr. Cow for my son. He saw it and said "Who's is THAT?" _ On top of that, they left out my side of queso for the "make it a meal" deal and both of my soft tortillas were hard on the edges. It was a weird combo of mistakes, which admittedly hasn't happened before, but come on. Care a little more about your product, please. Came here at prime lunch hour. Since it was a Monday, I was able to order a burrito (or you can order a burrito bowl) with chips for their Monday special price of $5.75. When I had asked one of the staff workers behind the counter regarding the special, he didn't bother to look at me and gave me a short answer. I had only asked if the special applied to only one type of burrito, or if I could order any type of burrito, and yet, he acted as if I was a big bother to him. Very rude. Also, it's silly that this combo does not include a drink with the meal (unlike typical meal combos at any other fast food place), so I did have to pay an additional $2.59 for a drink (which is overpriced). The cashier did not mention that this is an extra charge. She only asked if I wanted a drink, which I assumed was included with the meal so of course I answered yes. This place could use more cleaning, but the food itself was good. I did enjoy my burrito. However, I felt that I was tricked into paying more for my meal. Also, I had bought a kids meal, which was supposed to come with a cookie, but at checkout, I was never given a cookie. The staff here do not try to help customers receive everything that is included in the meal. I've seen monkey s**t fights at the zoo that were more organized than this place. The food was average at best, although I frequent the other Moe's locations in the Charlotte-metro area and they are all very good. I think the General Manager, Aimee, either forgot her meds or just hates life in general... she was rude and acted like I was a burden on her day. The staff didn't know half of the menu items and they sure didn't know how to make my nachos. Did I forget to mention that they are slow? From the time I walked in until I paid took right under 10 minutes, and this was 4pm in the afternoon with a total of 6 people in line. But if I ever have the desire to score some primo weed, all I need to do is just talk to the guy who cleans the tables there since he wasn't shy nor quiet about talking to his fellow employees about his supply. So if you are considering eating at Moes in Gastonia, Id either: (A) walk next door to Flip Flops and eat or (B) drive down the street to Qdoba. read more

Having to deal with the eye rolls from employees for simply walking in the door!! When Patricia was here in the evenings it was so pleasant. Greeted with smiles and great customer service. I visited this location today. There was not enough staff to accommodate the rush. Secondly, I asked for Romaine lettuce that was not available. After 15 minutes the employee in the orange Mor shirt went to the back. He came back with a handful of brown lettuce. Everyone know when it's brown its bad. So why didn't he and he seemed agitated he had to get it. There are so many bacteria you can get from this. Another person brought out some what better lettuce. I guess they don't. The District and Regional Management should be notified this is a serious coaching issue. The proof is attached. I won't be eating here no time soon. read more

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. The gentleman making the food which I assume was the manager. Acted as if my order was not in Porten and everybody who is in the store was more important than online delivery. Delivery was made and expect it to be picked up by 445 it is now 520 and I'm just getting the food and walking out the door, when I walked into the door there were two people in the restaurant only. But two mobile deliveries came in and got their food prior to me, and four staff members came in and clocked in prior to me getting my delivery can you explain that to me. The biggest issue on top of that is one of the girls came in with her mask underneath her nose rubbing and wiping her nose and then touching the computer that they used to take my money to check out. Alright, so my family and I often come to this establishment on the weekends. However, our most recent visit was lackluster at best. The food was fine, minus the huge chunk of dark, hardened rice in the middle of my burrito. However, the staff were the worst part of the entire experience. There was a severe lack of uniformity, and the guy that started my order looked like he'd rather be doing literally anything else than engaging in any type of interaction with me. Not to mention that the guy that was starting everyone's food literally picked up a piece of meat from in front of him with gloved hands, and popped it in his mouth right in front of everybody. Some honorable mentions include the jabbering employees that flat out ignored us, the disgusting bathrooms, and the unswept floors. As far as Moe's goes, this location checks most all of the good boxes. First off, Moe's Monday is a great deal and would recommend! $6 for burrito/burrito bowl, chips and a drink, #score! Staff is usually always friendly, as with most Moe's locations. They move you though the line quickly, I would say faster than most other locations around town. I've always found the tables are pretty clean, which isn't always the case at other stores. Parking here is a little tighter than normal I would say, but not too bad. Might have a small walk, and usually the mattress store next door isn't too busy so can get a spot there. Logistically there is also a light near the intersection here in case you need to make a left coming or going. Definitely recommend this location for your next burrito fix! read more

I've been to quite a few Moes locations - downtown Charlotte, Huntersville, and the now closed Ayrsley location and this one is just as good as the rest. My only issue with it is how small the location is vs, how many people come in. It can feel rather stuffy in there, BUT the food is amazing. If you are reading this and you want to eat my order that I always get (and I've never been disappointed in it), order the following:::: Chicken burrito No beans Yes to the rice Queso on top (I know it costs more) A little bit of pico de gallo (too much::: too spicy) Cilantro Tomato Cucumber And that's it... I know, I know. Why am I reviewing Moe's of all places? It's like reviewing a McD's or something - they're all bound to be identical. Right? False. To be totally honest, I generally don't fancy Moe's. If I can help it, I'm more often than not looking for other options. However, I was up in NC for work, and absolutely famished and thoroughly exhausted, and decided to just stop by here for a quick dinner as we drove back home. So, maybe my starvation and exhaustion played major roles in my dinner satisfaction level, but it really was one of the best Moe's experiences of my life. If the Moe's near my house tasted even 80% as good as this location's, I'd probably come more often. I really thought the chips quality to be standardized, but the Moe's here serves substantially better (read: not soggy and sad) chips than at home. Can anyone offer an explanation? Hmm Also to note: the people who work here are extremely friendly and seem to be genuinely happy to be there. Always enjoy the food at Moe's and this one is no different. The line was what I would expect at a Moe's; fairly long, but it does move quickly. PLEASE figure out what you want while you are in line. A sign nearer eye level would help everyone out. Also, the drink machine is one of the touch screen one's. Many, many choices. Which means kids stand there & stare at screen after screen.
