First I pull up and the employees are trying to get a crazy lady away from the door which I know the area so it didn't surprise me, then they give me a heads up about waiting, so I waited about 10min before taking my order then about another 10min to wait for the food. The guy who came in after me was waiting a while too, but he didn't say anything. As I wait all I hear is the two girls in the back complaining about the people, how one hates the job, etc. well if you are complaining then get another job then. I have a job too and you won't see me complain for people to be able to listen. In the end my order was correct so I am not giving 1 star. Ordered a drink, fries and nuggets. The women working gave us a dirty look when we asked to use the restroom. I tried to brush it off because I know customer service can be rough. But then we got our food. Some fries were basically burnt while others were soggy. Then worst of all the drink. I filled it up with coke. It tasted like fabuloso or some other type of cleaning product. I dumped it out and refilled with coke from another dispenser and that one was all water no syrup. They have this problem at this Jack-in-the-Box of not being open at the same time the postage facility hours say they are. It's posted that they're open at 6 AM, it's 6:30AM, the lights are on the Drive up menu is lit up, but nobody takes your order in, the cashiers window is boarded up. Why not some kind of pre-recorded message saying "sorry but we're not open" so we know not to waste our time on the way to work. I keep giving this location a chance and they have consistently let me down every single time. Usually its less an issue with food quality but service and the customers that hang around. After 2 horrible experiences with customers in the lobby acting ghetto and staff doing nothing I decided this is a drive thru ONLY location. I dont blame the staff entirely for not dealing with it because it definitely seems like a safety hazard. I wouldn't want to either. Though I have seen employees chilling in the dining room (pre covid) with problematic individuals, so, that's an issue. But the reason for this review is the food. Specifically the tacos.
