First I pull up and the employees are trying to get a crazy lady away from the door which I know the area so it didn't surprise me, then they give me a heads up about waiting, so I waited about 10min before taking my order then about another 10min to wait for the food. The guy who came in after me was waiting a while too, but he didn't say anything. As I wait all I hear is the two girls in the back complaining about the people, how one hates the job, etc. well if you are complaining then get another job then. I have a job too and you won't see me complain for people to be able to listen. In the end my order was correct so I am not giving 1 star. I would put zero stars but that's not an option. I have just moved here and been here twice. Safe to say I will not be back again.. the first time they forgot some of my food no big deal. Second time I ordered a decent amount of food and I just wanted 4 ranches no other sauce , a gentleman was helping at first and had set the 4 ranches down while I waited for the food. Then a female worker put two of the ranches away , with my bag of food in hand. And I said I'm sorry I wanted all of those ranches, and she said you can have 2 or it's 50 cents each. So I said ok that's fine, I'll pay. And she said here I'll give you one more threw it in the bag with a dirty look and practically threw the bag at me.. Had a problem taking my order when I got there, when I asked for sauces for my meal she looked at me as if I was crazy asking for sauces I said thank you her part was silent. Ordered a drink, fries and nuggets. The women working gave us a dirty look when we asked to use the restroom. I tried to brush it off because I know customer service can be rough. But then we got our food. Some fries were basically burnt while others were soggy. Then worst of all the drink. I filled it up with coke. They have this problem at this Jack-in-the-Box of not being open at the same time the postage facility hours say they are. It's posted that they're open at 6 AM, it's 6:30AM, the lights are on the Drive up menu is lit up, but nobody takes your order in, the cashiers window is boarded up. Why not some kind of pre-recorded message saying "sorry but we're not open" so we know not to waste our time on the way to work.
