This Jack can never get my order right, they gave me large regular fries instead of curly. It's 10pm I waited in line again for 15 minutes to change them, I get to the window for them to say I have to buy completely new fries even though I don't want, need or even like the regular ones. I bought one combo why would I want 2 large fries. What happened to a satisfied customer because I definitely was not one. To top it off they never put my sauce or napkins in the bag. I usually hate taking the time to leave any reviews but my experiences at this jacks has been disappointing... it literally had stale everything from sitting fries with barely any in the box... to non sauced tacos with super dry sourdough bread! It shouldn't be about speed! Try focusing on better food Quality and keeping your customers happy. It's so disturbing to have even paid for this! This location is SO SLOW. I don't know what's going on with the workers here, they take FOREVER. We waiting about 25 min from ordering until we finally got to the drive thru window to pay. Ridiculous. The workers don't seem friendly and they're just over it. The food isn't the best quality either so I'm not sure why they take SO LONG. I don't know if this is a corporate location or a franchise but whoever is in charge REALLY needs to reevaluate the way they run this location. This location is terrible. They are always under staffed. As a walk in you have to wait almost 10minutes for someone to finally acknowledge you're at the register. Oh and they see you thru their mirror but completely ignore the fact that you're standing there waiting to order. And when you finally say something to get their attention they get mad & approach the register with an attitude. Doesn't matter what time of day it is, it's always like this! This is for the drive thru... I stopped by this morning on my way to work. I got a Breakfast Jack combo with a Coke. That's not important; what is important is the service. I got to the window and the girl was super cheerful and pleasant especially at 7am on a Tuesday. Then she actually wiped my cup off before handing it to me. Such a small gesture goes a long way. I've never had a problem with my food here. It's always great. What I do have a complaint about is the service. I walked in today with my family and another family walked in behind us. There was no one at the register so I assumed they were busy. Finally a woman walked to the cashier, looked at us with a mean look, typed something in the computer and just walked off. Then minutes later a nice young gentleman came to help us. I understand they can get busy especially on a Sunday but it would've been nice for her to at least say something like "Be with you in a moment" instead of giving us all that mean stare. I order here almost every week for my weekly late night fast food cravings. They have treated me well over the years. Once in awhile there's a mistake (hey it happens with ALL restaurants), but they will fix it if you tell them about it. Sometimes they will go beyond and give me something better than I ordered. I frequent this location at least once a week and they are typically slow but I understand based on possible staffing issues and the young staff are typically cordial. Today, I had my worst experience since it opened. It was my turn to place my order and the young lady asked may I take your order. We ordered and noticed there was no acknowledgement so we said hello waited and periodically said hello. We waited at least 10 minutes with periodic hellos and nothing so we moved up to where you pay/pick up the order and explained to the young lady. She looked perplexed so I explained what happened and asked for the manager. she asked if I wanted to place the order and I was placing it with a middle age when a woman covered in tattoos and bleached hair approached and started taking somebody's else's order while telling the young lady "you are letting them order from here", "they will need to wait". I didn't appreciate the tone which really angered me and the poor girl that was helping me looked mortified. I have never experienced such poor customer services. No apology for what occurred basically making it look like I was in the wrong for deciding to drive forward after over 10 minutes of silence.
