Wednesday 23rd around 8 am ,, we came to buy 4 breakfast meals for my workers and i asked for the restroom key that girl Victoria is the worst person I've seen the way she treats customers she said no you first order then the keys I told her my worker will keep ordering so I can use the res for the meantime,,, she said no get out or I'll call the cops .. I said why and then I sai go ahead .. she didn't call no one after all because she did not had nothing to say . Nothing has changed here. I went through the drive through and nobody answered the speaker for a solid 5 minutes until they realized I wasn't going anywhere, they took my order but they were terribly rude and inconsiderate. Then, with my very own eyes, I saw Tony (manager) drop my overpriced taco on the floor, pick it up, dust it off on his filthy pants, put it in that taco sleeve and hand it to me. Then told me I was not welcome to come back to the store when I said something about it. I know fast food sucks but this is unacceptable. Just wondering if anyone has called to complain at this store before? My experience was troubling. I called and nobody answered. I called back a couple minutes later from another phone number and they forwarded the call to the 911 operator. Then someone called from their number on each of the phone lines I used and whispered in one "ass**le," and on the other one they whispered, "don't call back." Terrible service. My mother stopped by today and a trainee was being extremely rude giving my mother attitude because she asked if the burger she ordered had cheese. When asked to speak to the manager the manager was rude as well stating "she's just doing her job" instead of correcting the issue especially since she's a "trainee". Another worker got involved and my mother just asked for her money back. The second lady threw the money at my mother and slammed the door. This is not the first time my family has encountered this behavior. I have witnessed this first hand but did not say Anything and so has my father. I would give zero stars to this one if I could. They were rude after not being able to understand what we were asking for. Our order consisted of a few different things, one being the kids grilled cheese meal. They used a hamburger bun and melted cheese instead of making their regular grilled cheese with the sourdough bread, pictures below. The tacos we got hardly looked edible. Needless to say, we did not even bother eating the food. When they handed us the order they said nothing and we had to wait and say "excuse me" at the drive through just to get some sauce. Never have issues with the drive thru. Today we went inside and it took a long minute before anyone acknowledged our presence. This is the second time this has happened when I've chosen to dine-in at this location. After today, I will probably never dine in again unless I absolutely have to. This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to, they are consistently terrible. They were running a special that had cheese fries for a few months then had the same thing but with tots. Apparently it's impossible to substitute fries for tots. Also, they couldn't make a milkshake because they didn't want to turn on the machine. I know this because I was right at the window when they told the person collecting money this and when he pointed out I was right there, they obviously realized I had heard and walked away. They are always very slow and mess up orders all the time. It's worth it to drive to any other Jack in the box in the county. read more

Place was very clean it was way better then other jack in the box places I have been to. The staff was super friendly they smile and make u feel at home always full of energy. Bathrooms were very clean I love that they come back and ask you if there is anything more they can attend you with.
