Just wanted to let yall know that i went ahead and left an application, because clearly you need better employees. The black woman on the drive through headset needs a complete reset in her training. Half star missing because they can't ever have your food ready when you pay. There is always a park and wait situation going on. Another half star missing because they don't do special orders. They do, but they don't get it right. They'll take the order, but then you won't ever see the "special" part you asked for. It's not like I asked for something complicated, but I always ask them to add mustard to my chicken sandwiches. Since I'm always going through the drive-thru, I never get to check til I get home. They usually don't have regular mustard packets to give, which is why I always ask them to add it. The sauces they give have a honey mustard option, but that's not what I'm going for. As much as I want to check it on the spot, there is a bigger sense of urgency to move out of the way since the person behind you in the drive thru is now waiting to take your "reserved" spot as soon as you move. It is fast food, so I couldn't deduct more than that. The actual food is good and consistent. Everyone is friendly, so that's a good thing, too. Plus this place isn't one that pushes the "would you like to donate" agenda all the time. It's my money and if I only have enough for my meal, I shouldn't have to feel bad about it, right? They've got a munchies deal going on which is customizable. But when you do the math, you're basically paying for a normal meal menu item. I tried out the Sourdough Jack and some tacos. The service and the quality of the food were both average. I also like the fact that this is one of the fast food places that sends out monthly coupons. read more

I normally dont do reviews but what I just witnessed was WILD!!! Some ladies(cooks) walked out on them in the middle of the night, literally!! 12am!! There was a young man named Anthony at the window and another guy there that took the unfortunate situation on the chin like champs. Anthony was super positive and kept me laughing while doing his job. Im sure the 5 cars in front of me had a great experience with him as well bevause they didnt leave or cancel their order. I am giving this Jack in the Box location a one star rating simply because not only do they forget to give you a receipt each time you order, they won't do anything if they messed up your order because you don't have a receipt. That should say enough but incase anyone needs more details we placed a Mobile order arrived 15min afterwards to pick it up and then they made us park for an additional 30min plus the car in front of us still waiting and it wasn't that busy. This place is a cluster f**k lately. Countless times in the last month, you're asked to "pull ahead" of the drive thru window to wait for your food. This ends up with idiots parking 3 wide blocking the exit driveway. One menu board (and the commercials) say a 3 piece spicy chicken strips meal is $4.99. Another menu board says it is $5.50. My receipt shows I paid $5.48. Good luck guessing what you're going to pay. Last week, I waited at the drive thru menu to order for nearly 10 mins before driving away. When I pulled around, there were 4 cars waiting at the window and another 3 had "pulled ahead". Today, I ordered the 3 piece spicy chicken strips meal and got home with 2 non-spicy strips and curly fries that looked like they've been soaking in grease for hours. There's always an issue with the fryer and you always have to wait ten minutes before somebody even acknowledges you're there and then proceeds to ask you to wait even longer. Do NOT come here. Cashier took my card to the back after I asked her if she could tell them to cut the sandwich in half. You're suppose to take the payment give the card back with the receipt and then go to the back. Everyone knows this if you have worked in fast food. I ordered a red bull infusion and watched them put only half the can in it. Isn't it supposed to be a full can of red bull? Then they gave me a single Jack instead of the double I ordered. Didn't find out until I got back to work. Went back to replace it, no apologies, just another 25 minute wait. They deep fry hamburgers to get them finished quickly. Does not taste good. I just wanted to say this Jack-in-the-Box has got to be Hands-down the best fast food restaurant with excellent customer service and teamwork. They went above and beyond to make sure my DoorDash order was completed successfully and my customer would be happy. All their hard work for an error that wasn't even there's yet they were willing to rectify it to make sure our customer Received quality food. Food is okay, but customer service is very bad, went in around 11:10-11:18pm and when I ordered I specifically specified I needed 2 separate orders as we arrive to window they charge us all in one total and then when we explain to them situation they began to argue w us that we did not tell them at the speaker and that we were wrong and they still weren't able to help us solve the problem.
