11:15 pm, 4 cars ahead of me and I waited 40 minutes to get to the pay window. The employee was very polite and informed me there was a new employee training. I was again asked to wait and pulled forward, i received my meal ahead of the people in front of me. I'm an idiot and didn't check my order until I got home, and based on previous experiences at this location checking should do without saying, anyway my order was wrong. Again. It's been a while since I've been to any jack in the box because of their exceptionally poor ability get me the right order in a timely fashion. After decades of loyalty to this chain, I think it's time to call it quits. FORTY MINUTES, for the wrong order and zero napkins. Location is newly remodeled but this location ultimately sucks. They always want to park you upfront, through the drive thru, even when there are no cars behind you. I know they do this to make it seem like they have fast service but at such an inconvenience and they always forget an item from the order. Food was stale, fries soggy and they forgot a Large fries. While I was waiting I looked up reviews and seen people complaining about waiting and pulling forward to wait and the order missing food. I get home and guess what I'm missing food two. Sucks. Terrible experience. Went in on a Friday night went to the drive thru first and after a long wait asked if the lobby was open decided to go in because I thought eye to eye contact they would care more about the food you get, but no, the eight chicken nugget we received were very close to burnt. We ordered 10 tacos with no lettuce and a curly fry. It literally took 30 minutes to get our food, at which point after sitting down for about 5 minutes with a 10 and 6 year old they came to the table to say the lobby is now closed and said I'm not trying to hurry you or anything but..... I said if I would have gotten my food in a timely manner I would have been done eating and be gone by now. I realize they need to keep the drive thru times down, I have work fast food a lot in my younger years but they also had a lot of their friends hanging around going in and out of the restaurant several times in the almost hour that we were there. Came in today 10/14/20 through drive through at around 3:50/4pm asked for a iced mocha coffee and it didn't taste right, I'm in love with Jack's iced mocha and know when it is perfectly made ! Well not the case with the Jack's that made it here. It looked nothing like the usual mocha iced I get, it looks like they just drizzled the mocha on the sides and didnt stir it, coffee tasted old as well, so I come back inside to ask to have it remade. They already knew I was coming down to say somthing because soon as I walked in they were just staring at me , and sarcastically laughing, as they approached me, one of the girls with long black hair gave me straight up stank attitude, and all I asked was for it to be remade. She was acting like I had came at her with disrespect, like no. she is lucky I am a nice soul because if it was anyone else she would've had her ass handed too. There was 2 girls who have long black hair, that even looks long when put up, they may have been twins, but they were working today 10/14/20 late after noon around 4 pm . One girl was rolling her eyes and having attitude talking about the coffee. Like just remake the coffee and plaster that fake smile on your face, it's the least you can do, I work customer service for the last 4 years and the way she was being was not the move ! I even asked if they coffee was old and she said they made it this morning, THAT IS CONSIDERED OLD. Coffees should be remade at the start of new shifts , morning , lunch , dinner , atleast that's how it works at most places. Yall need new procedures with the coffee you make, amd have a talk to your crew about customer service because they desperately need it. This place is ridiculous. The service is terrible and the food is way under expectations. I realize this is fast food, but when I order a chicken fajita pita, I expect there to be more than 3 small cubes of chicken (no exaggeration) and a small amount of corn. The pita was hard and old. Another time I walked in and someone behind the counter shouted at me that the dining room is closed. The people are really rude and you can tell they all hate their jobs. EVERYTIME i come to this jack in the box i have an issue. But tonight was extremely ridiculous. After i ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay i noticed that two cars were waiting for their meal. I proceeded to pay and the girl failed to give me a receipt for my food, and then asked me to pull forward with the others that were still waiting. As i pulled up one car drove off. Shortly after an employee came out with my order and said "you got a lot of food right?" to which i responded yes. she said " i never mess up my orders, don't worry!" so i leave drive all the way home just to find out that i was given the completely incorrect order. Nothing was the same. Angry, i called the store as i was headed back to get my correct meal. I called 3 times... no answer. I pull up and explain the situation to which she has me pull forward AGAIN to wait. AND the car that was there when i first got there to order my meal was still waiting! She gave us his order originally, poor dad and his kids. She gave us our meal and proceeded to say that they were extremely busy and short staffed... but no one was there besides me and the young man that had been waiting longer than me. She did not apologize once and made it seem as if it was my fault that she messed up the order. When i left the other car had still not been served. I drove all the way back home to open up the boxes the food comes in to then again realized that they have missed half of my order. WHAT IS GOING ON Jack In The Box!? Not only once. But twice. I have NEVER ONCE received a correct order from here. It's close to my home so I go here fairly often, I have ALWAYS had issues. Whether it be disrespectful staff, incorrect items, or lack of quality in the items, there has never been a positive experience here. It was the tacos because I was perfectly fine and the minute I ate them, bad stomach. Also not to mention they cheated me out of 8 bucks, paying for my food. I ordered two tacos and a small fry that came out to 2.19 (I had to give her a 10, I had nothing smaller) and she rung it in as I gave her actual change. When the option is inexpensive fast food Jack in the Box is one of my favorites given the choices I usually have around me. 3 of the 5 early morning visits I have made here I felt me feet sticking to the floor even though it looked like it had dried since it was mopped prior to my arrival.
