I stopped by here the other day when I was going to Fullerton to get my massage, I thought of eating first so my stomach wouldn't be growling while I'm on the table for the massage, it happens a lot to me lol so I thought I should get something quick. This jack in the box is right next to the 60 freeway and Hacienda Blvd, is really convenient for a quickie bite before you get on the freeway if you have a long drive somewhere. So I ordered the chicken combo and up graded to curly fries, and a medium coke, it took awhile for my order, almost 15 minutes, there was only 3 people working there, one at the drive thru, one cook, and one cashier. There was 3 other customers inside the restaurant waiting for their food too. Then my order was ready and I was kinda disappointed because the curly fries only had two big pieces and the rest was all the end pieces. The chicken sandwich was ok, I also asked for ranch dressing, everything goes good with ranch lol. I pour that on my sandwich and added the bits and pieces of the curly fries to my sandwich as well. I'm in a hurry, I can't be eating the small pieces of fries in 10 minutes, I have an appointment to go to. As I was eating, I saw a homeless man outside then he came into the restaurant going through the trash cans, found a cup and asked the cashier for a refill. And he hung out in the restaurant. I feel bad for him but at the same time, I'm eating and seeing how dirty he was, I couldn't enjoy my food. The employees didn't even ask him to leave, they just let him be. I feel for the homeless man because I been in his situation before but I got help from a shelter, got my life back together, it took some effort but is so worth it, some homeless people just don't want the help. So much freedom. Anyway, there's a jack in the box right by my house 2 minutes away. I think that restaurant is so much better, they give you all curly fries and not just 2-3 big pieces lol read more

It sucks that people who order ahead still have to wait to pick up their food through a long drive-thru, but at least it isn't too bad. The food is ok, nothing really that special. I went to this location via drive through on Tuesday November 25 2025 at 9:40 pm The lady who took our order at the speaker who was the same individual who handled our transaction and handed us the food and spoke to us was an old Mexican lady in her late 40's with black hair and wearing a black shirt. At the speaker she was very rude and very impatient. The second we pulled up she was demanding our order we asked for a second to read the menu like 10 times and within a second of asking she would immediately ask what else did we want with a nasty tone. She continued to speak over us and give us attitude. When we pulled up to the window she snatched the debit card out of my hand nearly scratching my palm and slammed the window shut. This location is a hit and miss. Some times I get great food other times like today not so much. Today I ordered a Large Iced Mocha Creamaccino, supreme croissant with fries and a Spicy Crispy Jack Wrap. The supreme croissant bun was burned and the fries were dry and to crispy. We just went here and ordered about $50 worth of stuff asked for some good good sauce, secret sauce and sweet an sour, were asked to move to the front of the restaurant with no one in the drive thru when the lady Mari brought the food we only got 4 good good sauce packets no secret sauce and no sweet and sour. My usual Jack in the Box location closed down so I had to switch to this one. So far I haven't had any bad experiences here. The food always comes out nice and hot, and I haven't had any issues with my orders yet. The only downside with this location is that to get to North Hacienda, you have to turn right from the drive through first towards the south, pass the 60 freeway, and then make a U turn. It's just a slight inconvenience for me. My typical Jack in the Box order is a Chicken Fajita Pita ($5.69), with Curly Fries ($3.29 medium). I also order from the app so that I can get some rewards. My favorite sauces from here are the Buttermilk Ranch and the Honey Mustard. Fast food is fast food, so expectations are low. Jack in the Box is probably my favorite fast food chain, and I haven't had any problems with this location yet, so I'll be coming here once in a while. read more

I'm always a sucker for a crispy chicken sandwich and that's what brought me to this particular Jack In A Box. I saw their special for the Cluck Deluxe and had to try it. After ordering it I noticed that the chicken patty was not as big as the Popeyes Chicken sandwich. And taking my first bite it was only adequately crispy but not mind blowing. The guacamole was alright. But it was still a filling meal as long as there were fries to go with that combo. I usually don't write reviews but today I went around 320 pm to jacks right away from the start whoever was in the drive thru was super rude... then my daughter asks if we can have buttermilk and hot sauce and rudely tells her, "next time put it on your mobile order."
