My friend and I were in the area and happened to find a Jack in the Box, and today was T-Mobile Tuesdays, so naturally, we had to take advantage of the offer. As T-Mobile customers, one of the benefits we get is access to special deals every Tuesday. Today's deal was that if you purchased something for $1, you would receive a free Cluck Chicken Sandwich, which normally costs about $7.99. Andrea and I were both able to redeem the offer, so of course we had to take advantage of it. You order the food through the app and add the PROMO CODE. I also ordered the largest drink they had, and my goodness, their drinks are HUGE. They are literally larger than Andrea's face. Photo for reference because I am not exaggerating. The Cluck Chicken Sandwich was honestly delicious. It was hot, crispy, and very satisfying. I enjoyed every bite, and I would absolutely order this sandwich again. In fact, I liked it so much that I would happily pay the regular price for it next time. It was one of the better fast-food fried chicken sandwiches I've had recently. The only issue we experienced during our visit was with Andrea's sugar cookie. She had ordered one, but when we got to the drive-through, we were told that they were out of the cookie. The employee told Andrea that she didn't know how to process a refund. I asked if there was something else she could substitute for the cookie, whether it was curly fries, another dessert, or anything else that might be available for the same amount. We were told there wasn't anything available for a dollar that could be substituted. Andrea graciously said it was okay and that she was just grateful for the sandwich, which I completely understood. However, from a customer-service standpoint, I do think this situation could have been handled better. If an employee doesn't know how to process a refund for an item that the restaurant is unable to provide, I think a manager should be called over to help make the situation right. Even if there wasn't another $1 item available, there could have been some other small gesture offered, such as a different dessert, a small drink, or even something as simple as sauce packets to go with the sandwich. For me, it isn't necessarily about the dollar. It's about the effort to make things right when a customer has paid for something that isn't available. Sometimes a small gesture can make a big difference in how a customer remembers the experience. Other than that, we enjoyed our visit, and that Cluck Chicken Sandwich definitely impressed me. read more

I ordered two tacos, a small curly fries, and an egg roll. The wait was already long and When I finally got my food, one of the tacos was basically empty--just a little sauce, a tiny piece of cheese, and a few pieces of lettuce. It honestly looked like someone didn't care at all about what they were serving. I called to let them know, and the only response I got was "come back and get the taco." No apology, no acknowledgment of the issue. I'm not going to drive back and wait again for one taco. You can tell workers want nothing to do with customers. We were at the kiosk to order for 10minutes and not once did anyone come to help us(there was no one else in the lobby or drive thru)... Also, as we walked in, there was a man smoking a cigarette near the entrance door(we thought it was a homeless, he was bent over the trash can with his head down). The entire lobby smelt like a cigarette... he ended up coming inside after us... turns out he's an employee! He went straight to the back, past us as we waited by the counter haha. I've never been this pissed off. I'm literally stuck in this drive-thru with a flight in an hour, and I've already wasted 30 minutes just sitting here. This is the second Jack in the Box I've tried that's been terrible. Is it just me, or are all their locations this bad? This one has to be the worst. They're about to make me miss my flight. I've been trapped in this line for almost 45 minutes and I have no clue what they're doing inside. I'm about to get out of my car just to tell them I need to leave. This is ridiculous. If i could give a 0 stars i would. 9/10/26 @8:00 whoever was working that shift do better. Walked in to no one in the front, had two Micronesian workers just sitting down in the dining area. Clearly they were on the clock as one was wearing a hair net. Waited at least 5 minutes calling out for help while the two working in the front just looking back and on their phones. As we walked out, the two workers proceeded to just stare at us walking out upset. I get its a fast food place but it exists for a reason and the lack of customer service. They should make an emergency exit lane for the drive thru. 20 min wait for a burger is crazy.

I was hesitant to go there because before the service was very poor and the dinning area was not too clean, but decided to stop by because I had to pick up someone at the airport. Went there early morning and decided to order a breakfast jack and large coffee. I was impressed that the dining area and restroom was very clean and if you need to use the restroom they will open the door for you they do not give out the key, which is good to control use. Service was a little slow, but the poor girl took care of the drive through and cash register in the front, so she was pretty busy. She was very friendly and courteous to all the customers apologies for the wait and thanking everyone. This has been a big improvement from the last couple of visits. Lots of parking. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU'LL WAIT FOREVER. Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1230 to pick up our mobile order. There were not only people in the drive thru but also 5 other mobile orders inside waiting on their food for over 30 minutes. Sounded like no manager was on shift as others were trying to get a refund and couldn't since no supervisor was there. No sense of urgency with the employees or communication towards the customers. I stopped by on a Sunday morning to get a bite to eat before picking up family at the airport. My time was limited and all the rest of the fast food restaurants were very busy, it was a little after 8:30 AM. I went through the Jack in the box drive thru and the car in front of me finished their order and proceeded forward leaving the order station open. I pulled up and waited and waited and waited but nobody came on the mic to take my order. I was lucky that nobody pulled up behind me so I could back out of the drive thru lane and leave. I usually don't patronize Jack in the Box restaurants because I had subpar food the last 2 times I ordered from them. What has happened to this fast food restaurant chain that used to be one of my favorite places to eat? The online ordering process for this location is horrendous. I made my order via the Jack in the Box app, says it'll be ready 7-9 minutes . I get there 15 minutes after placing my order, told the cashier I had an online order, she was clueless. I showed her the screenshot, gave my name and she looked at her screen with a lost look. Then she printed out the order receipt, said my name, and I confirmed. THEN she went to the back to tell them my order, tacos with extra lettuce. Made my order at 11:40, still standing here at 12 noon waiting for my order. You get SLOW food here at this fast food location. When it was my turn to order, the drive thru worker didn't speak to me until 5 minutes passed. When ordering, the worker kept making mistake on my order. I always wondered why this Jack in the box drive thru location is almost always empty. I discovered it this morning. I ordered my food online with pick up thru the drive thru. Order estimated to be completed 13-15 minutes which would be 11:03 am. With 3 cars ahead of me figured I wouldn't wait too long. Waited to be greeted at the speaker for about 10 minutes. As the line slowly crawled an inch I ditched that idea and proceeded forward. Waited another what seemed like a lifetime. Pulled up to the window and an employee asked me what I ordered. I replied nicely I wasn't able to notify them I was picking up my order. She had a confused look on her face disappears and what appeared to be a Filipino manager asks me what I need. Repeated I was there to pick up my online order and her intercom wasn't working. I show her my order number. She rudely says under what name I tell her. I wait longer for them to put the order together. Thought the whole reason of ordering online is the order is ready for pick up. By the time I leave it's 11:32 am. Last time I will be buying food from this location. Food price for the quality of food and hap hazardly thrown together sandwich with paper thin ham and burnt bacon not worth the $11.
