I have been in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes now. There needs to be a way out when the service is this slow. It's like they have one person working or something. Do not go this place if you are going here to grab a quick bite to eat. Also, they display a sourdough patty melt meal in the middle of their food menu. When you order it, they automatically upgrade it to a more expensive option. Then, when you call them out they pretend like they don't know what is going on. Turns out they advertise small, but charge for the medium upgrade automatically. If you are ordering for more than yourself, you may not notice it. This is deceptive advertising. It has been three weeks since my purchase, and I still have not got my food or my money back. I'm offended at management for calling an officer on me. I'm also a palled at the fact that she doesn't even understand how credit cards work and decided that she was not gonna process things because of some thing that was out of my power, and some thing that they did wrong their payment processing machine was unplugged by them on accident and did not provide them the receipt after my transaction was processed but it did process And still did not give me my food or my money I only charge my card. I'm giving it a one star because they continue to avoid the cause. They cannot find it in the system for whatever reason and they've just chosen to just throw their hands up with the issue and have basically said forget about me the customer and I spent $25 on this day at a fast food restaurant, I've always loved Jack-in-the-Box. This is the first time that I've ever had a situation at Jack-in-the-Box in my life. My mom was a general manager at Jack-in-the-Box when I was very little so you can only imagine how much Jack-in-the-Box I have in my system and to be treated like this I think that it there's a racial bias and it needs to be addressed because she called an officer on me and a second manager when I came a second day and spent $20 was not even listening to the issue. The new peppermint brownie wasn't as good looking as they advertise but was still pretty good, considering that most people do not like peppermint in anything. I came hear expecting to get a free jumbo jack with a purchase of a large drink , and thats what I asked for in the drive thru when I got to the window the old man with yellow corn teeth charge me for another drink when I made clear to him I didn't ask for 2 drinks after i told him that he told me to wait in front of jack I waited 7 minutes and that old white man never came back out not only that but the burger looked like someone slapped the ingredients on I don't recommend this jack especially when the old white man is there do yourself a favor and avoid going to this jack go to Whataburger or McDonald yw. read more
