Flies, and crumbs everywhere. I wanted to have a great, hot meal but instead I couldn't even find a spot to sit that wasn't dirty. I'm not even kidding when I say that. Every table or seat was dirty. After waiting for what seemed like forever to get my meal, I decided to go eat in my car. Then I discover.. they gave me the wrong sandwich!!! I went back to the cashier and he took the sandwich and asked the people in the back "Is this the wrong sandwich?" Like excuse me.. do you not know what you sell? Are you questioning me? I know the item I ordered and it clearly wasn't it. They gave me the right order after a couple of minutes but oh my goodness. The frustration I felt. I'm calling the health dept, I'm turning in cruelty to elderly and handicapped people to the county. And I'm appalled and very disgusted with my experience with the Carl's Jr. and unfortunately Loves rents that portion of the building to them so they look just as bad so I will be calling their corporate as well and because I paid using points system don't bet on this purchase being covered up. If I rented to someone who had a lot of negativity I would quickly find a replacement so it wouldn't hurt my business by association. Do not eat anywhere that is Carl's Jr. in Dallas. And if you expect to get a hold of anyone at the Carl's Jr. in Texas don't bother because I had to call all the way up in Sulpher Oklahoma before I got somebody to answer. Older guy was working the register. He took it perfect. But when I had to call because order was wrong she said she knew it was wrong but to bring it in and she would remake it. She took the food back over the counter which is disgusting in itself because you don't know who's been sick or what they have done to it before giving it back. The food was hard and cold as it was but to sit there and watch her treat someone like crap who did their job properly and not bother with a refund and then gonna lie to the manager. Manager said oh I hear all about it from the whole store which is a lie because I only said something to her about it being a health hazard to take food back once it's been outside and a loves employee who verified that she does it all the time but he will dish it back out to her which shouldn't happen in front of customers. Another customer shook his head and said he agreed.. I'm thinking this worker has a complex because I praised somebody with a disability before I praised her stupid self for giving me cold Hard food not bothering with a refund and then admitting to me that she gave me the order wrong to begin with when I called and had to go back in. I told her I worked in healthcare and was not fond of the risk of her taking the food back and said I'd rather pay for it even though I was given it on purpose by her admission on the phone and shouldn't have had to. But she said "well you didn't pay for it and what I'm fixing to do is make you a new one and take the old one back." I'm not stupid I know what she was doing but she didn't understand basic common sense and logic. And you don't disrespect the disabled and even then if you don't seem to care about that like a dirtbag you still don't disrespect your elders and if you wanna go home and live like a slob and treat people like crap that's on you but don't do it in your workplace unlike you a lot of us don't have homes we work all the time and don't want to come in and see that. You get to go home while you got a sour attitude at work you can save it until you clock out and leave. Antonio is amazing!!! He answered my menu questions honestly and adapted to all our changes. We drove from Kansas on the way to Houston and stopped here for a bathroom break and food. I was so impressed with the customer service here and the Accommodation's Antonio made for us. The food was hot and fresh. But unfortunately the food didn't live up to the expectations. This Carl's Jr. makes me happy. Being a California native, I grew up being able to eat a Western Bacon Cheeseburger (my usual order) or a Super Star with cheese any time I wanted to, and I was pretty sad when I moved to Texas and learned that Carl's Jr. doesn't really exist here. That is, until the first time I drove to DFW from Houston, and saw this glorious establishment off to my right (there's also one off I-20 :D). The heavens nearly opened up and sang down to me. The service inside is pretty friendly, and the food is just as good as it is back home. Recommendations? Well, aside from the two above, the Chili Cheese Fries are to die for, as are the Fried Zucchini, Criss-Cut Fries, and the Loaded Breakfast Burrito. The Bacon Avocado Six-Dollar Burger is hella tasty too, but soooo messy. Also... don't tell anyone, but the little Chicken Stars for kids are pretty good too. They're basically chicken nuggets, but they're shaped like stars. Mmm.. with some barbecue sauce? So so good read more

It's shares space with a Love's gas station in Hutchins on the Northbound side of the interstate, so it's convenient for my trip back to Dallas from work. I've gotten some of their burgers before and they're pretty good for eating while pumping your gas. The Jalepeno burger is pretty spicy. There's plenty to jalepenos and it's also topped with pepperjack cheese. I'd suggest eating it there or have someone else drive while eating because the jalepenos kinda start to fall out everywhere. They also serve breakfast. Just this morning I was gonna have a Loaded Breakfast burrito, but they ran out of some stuff so I just resorted to the Bacon and Cheese Burrito. I actually asked the order taker how big it is and she said medium.... Medium my butt. This breakfast burrito is a handful. For $2.15, this is a gi-nor-mous burrito. It's at least 3x's the size of the breakfast Taquitos from Whataburger. What a deal! read more

This location is actually a Love's gas station with a Carl's Jr attached. On my trek back from Ennis, I stop here to get the cheapest gas going North on I45, 17 miles from Dallas. This huge place has a side for 18 wheelers and a separate side for autos. Easy off, easy back on. read more
