These kids are doing their best to give good service and the cards are stacked against them. They have people mad and yelling at them, when they are the ones that actually showed up to work. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They close the lobby early every evening and they couldn't be more slow with only their drive thru open. I do doordash and every single time I get a delivery here. If I can't decline it because my acceptance rate then I will wait 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and unassigned because if I have to wait the entire length of the drive-thru I could be there for over an hour. As I write this review, I've been sitting in their drive-thru for 45 minutes and they have served six cars total, they have no customers inside because the lobby is closed. So it takes them on average 7 and 1/2 minutes to make one order and they only make one order at a time. I don't know if they're any faster during the day but I do know at night it is horrible. Pulled up to menu to order, and told they were in the middle of shift change, You'll have to wait. I waited 10 minutes for them to finish. I had found a deal online that advertises 2 jumbo cheese burgers for $5.00. When I ordered it I was told, "we don't have that". Okay, so went ahead and ordered, full price, plus two small fries. My food came out cold. I don't think the hamburger patties were completely defrosted. The French fries were also cold, not fresh. This store has been a huge disappointment. I tried to place my order at this location at 11:50PM (this is a 24/7 location) no one answered or came across the PA system so I drove to the second window to place my order, I saw two male employees but no one came to the window. So I called this location and a female answered the phone and I asked if they were closed even though it says all over the building they're open 24hours a day 7days a week. The female said "Yes we are closed, I'm the only employee working no one else came in tonight so it's just me" I told her well I'm at the window and I saw two people through the glass so can someone come take my order. It was my first time at jack in the box and I must say, the food I ordered was ahhhhhhh-mazing. The burger was very juicy. The curly fries were fresh and crispy. The "medium" drink i ordered was basically a large. I guess the only thing I did not like was the taco. The taco was simple, bland, and didn't have much to it. I'm not sure if jack in the box has sauces for the tacos but I didn't receive any in my bag. But everything else was great. The line was really long as what other people stated before. I sat in the drive through line 8/29/2020 at 11am waiting 20 minute just to place my order. It's not like it was busy, only 1 car in front of me. But I was boxed in so I couldn't leave. After 45 minutes I finally got up to the window. I said, "This is ridiculous. I don't feel like I should pay for this, and I'm not sure I should come back here again. I've never tried Jack In The Box before tonight. Unfortunately they told us at the drive-through that it would be 25-30 minute wait, so we left. There were only two cars ahead of us and maybe 6-8 people inside so it seemed unrealistic that it would take 30 minutes. Also, there is no way to go around the cars ahead of you to leave the drive-through so they should have been telling cars to pull up past the windows so that the cars they are turning away can leave. Thankfully the two cars that were behind us both backed up and left as well so we were able to get out. And the funny thing was, as we drove out of the parking lot the cars ahead of us were gone so they had 0 cars in the drive-though because they were basically turning everyone away. Things like this make me wonder if the business owner is aware this is going on? I would want to do better. read more
