this place is HORRIBLE the food is gross , stale , and cold and not to mention some guy got mad and started screaming and shouting loud acting like a maniac towards my mom which is crazy to me because it was over her trying to get the workers attention. this place needs to be closed down it sucks and I don't recommend AT ALL. Literally the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. Waited at the front counter to order for a solid 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by me and didn't acknowledge I was there. My husband and I decided to try the drive through- maybe we'd get acknowledged there. Pull up and are immediately asked to wait even though no one was inside. We sat there for another 5 minutes. Ended up having to ask to order and the woman replied with "give me moment please" so we said fk that and went elsewhere. Yall should be embarrassed of this shitty ass service. Was in Litchfield today and decided to stop at the Jack-in-the-Box for a chicken combo . I opened my bag I had half a container of fries. Since I was already driving, I said forget about it, I don't need a ton of fries anyway. After getting about 8 miles down the highway I opened my chicken sandwich and found a chicken sandwich that was about 3" x 3 1/2"! I immediately turned around and decided to go back to the Jack-in-the-Box. I told them that they gave me half a container of fries and I overlooked that but when I saw this tiny piece of chicken batter, I decided to drive back up here. She did say sorry about that but she also said that happens all the time Crappy customer service in my opinion because I drove 8 miles back up the highway and all they did was replace the chicken sandwich that they should've gotten right the first time. All I can say is disgusting!! Visited 9/22/22 After ordering my food and just about finished eating the employee comes around from the back counter and is dressed so filthy and dirty! I can't believe a manager would let anyone come to work dressed like she just finished giving my car an oil change! Her friends showed up and they were all outside where I got the pic before they went back inside. The photo don't even give justice as to how dirty her shirt was. There was no ice in the machine, food does not look anything like pictures not even close to it. Fries seem old like they were sitting there cheese on them was dry and hard. Ordered the free burger from T-Mobile over New Year's Eve weekend. Used the phone app and checked pick up at counter. App said ready in 9 minutes. We immediately walked in and waited. Name never called. Asked the lady are those 2 sacks sitting by the drive up ours? Sure enough. We made them remake em. Fries were soggy and. Sandwich was cold. The remake was not much better. Later learned that one person quit on the spot that day. Bottom line, we don't recommend this place at all. It all comes down to lack of good management. read more

We have ordered twice from this place. The first time they said my husband was confused. Wrong...the second time we ordered breakfast platters that consisted of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage and or bacon. They make sandwiches with these ingredients as well. We were told they didn't have the ingredients to make the platters today but they will tomorrow. So how are they making things like sourdough jacks (has bacon), bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast jacks, sourdough breakfast jacks (has bacon, ham, egg), etc.? Poor service. Maybe corporate needs to go in there and clean house. Perhaps they need to hire people who want to do their job. read more

Went to the location off Route 52 IL. Half of the Order took over 20 minutes to come out and when it came out, it was wrong. I went inside to get the order fixed and was told it was coming out with the rest of the order. I waited a little longer for it to be fixed and the line of people waiting to order and waiting for food was huge. With no help due to one person at the cash registers, left the wrong order on the counter and drove away receiving nothing but losing my money. read more

The service was awesome, the lady who took my order was super polite and the guy who brought the food to my car was fast and made sure I had everything and didn't need anything else. I have never stopped at a Jack in the box before. All I can say is Thank you for being open Christmas day. We needed. To travel a long distance on Christmas day. Not knowing if anything would be open I packed some peanut butter sandwiches. While getting gas we noticed that you were open. Again, Thank you. The staff was efficient and polite. Breakfast served all day, any side item you could ever want (including but not limited to: bacon n cheddar potato wedges, fries, curly fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, tacos, jalapeno poppers, cookies n cream real ice cream shakes) The ultimate cheeseburger ordered OG style (no ketchup or mustard, extra mayo onion sauce) with curly fries and a orange soda is to die for. The boy making my food wiped his gloves on his dirty pants so he could pull out his germ-ridden cell phone and look at it. He put it back in his pocket and then grabbed my burrito wrap. I nicely asked one of the girls if he could change his gloves, explaining that I'm a nurse so I'm very conscious of germs. Against my better judgement I placed the order went to pick it up and it was wrong so I called them and they offered to fix the order. Traveling from Michigan Extremely rude lady at the front counter said we're closing in ten minutes when I'm ordering a to go order. Treated me like dirt because she was working overtime. The manager literally yelled at another customer said the lobby is closed and they need to leave mind you this was 10:55 and the lobby closes at 11 while drive through stays open until midnight. My buddies were in the mood for Tacos and said that Jack in the Box puts Taco Bell to shame. I had never had Tacos from Jack in the Box so I was ready to give them a try, I'm glad I did! We went through and Ordered 24 tacos which are 2 for a dollar, so it was a pretty good deal. The guy that took our order seemed to be a little shocked when we ordered 24 tacos, but it didn't slow them down at all. The tacos we got were very good, they were a little spicy but not overly spicy, and the hardshell was closed unlike Taco Bell, so there was a limited mess. My buddy, and I ate 6 tacos each.
