I will not be returning to this location. On Tuesday, 1/6/26, I was overcharged and did not receive my hash brown. I visit this location every Tuesday and Friday and always order the same items, which normally total $9.93. This location rarely provides receipts, but I have bank screenshots showing the consistent charge. I attempted to call multiple times over several days with no answer. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager refused to speak with me and sent an employee instead. I was denied a refund due to not having a receipt, despite showing proof of my purchase history. What a horrible location! Probably the worse JITB I've been too. You know what the sad thing is? It wasn't the person taking the order, wasn't the person handing out the food. Is that grumpy unprofessional idiot you have working at the kitchen. Throwing tantrums because he got a big order, tossing food around like his job is handling horse shit. Sister placed an order online today. And it didn't go through in the System. (I get systems fail) but There was about 4 people inside standing around waiting for one another to resolve the issue, Made us drive around and then We waited a little over 25 minutes for some "manager wanna be to help us only for him to tell us "sorry we didn't get your order". This is a very well-run Jack in the box they're always very courteous very professional and very fast highly recommend this place.

In the span of a week, this is the second time I've pulled up to the drive-thru and been asked to give them a minute. Both times, they never came back onto the monitor to take my order. Even after the person in front of me had already left. The first time this happened and I had already waited 10 mins, I drove to the window to place my order and they looked at me like I was crazy. Today, I waited in line for over 10 mins and they never took my order. 4 other cars were behind me at this point, with the guy behind me even throwing his hands in the air like "what's taking so long". I decided to drive away and as I drove past the drive-thru window, I noticed 2 female employees just standing near the register talking. On top of this, the overall time to order and get the food always takes FOREVER at this location. It will take me at least 7 mins to get one iced coffee in the morning even if I'm the only one in line. I don't know if this location is just short staffed, but it is very disappointing to know that I will not be helped when going to this location. read more

I deliver for DoorDash and sometimes I pick up large orders they put everything in paper sacks with stickers on them so they will remain closed but they refused to put two bags or more in a large plastic bag that they have hanging right behind the front counter that I can see so it will be easier to carry when I leave the food at the door at the customers home. When I attempt to confirm that all of the items that the customer ordered are in the bags they cop an attitude. There is one older gentleman that works at this location and he's the best employee that they have it's too bad that he is the only good employee that they have! read more

Everytime I go to Texas we always stop by jack in the box restaurant. As we do not have them or I live in Kansas they are always something we look forward to. This restaurant however was very dirty and we had trouble finding a table the did not have something on it. The surprising thing was that there were no other diners in the restaurant. The music was up so loud that we had to ask to have it turned down so we can hold a conversation. We were not even sitting near the speakers. As for the food - Greasy burgers and 2 spicy tacos for $1 found here. They may be bad for your heart but taste great! read more

We stopped by the drive thru on Saturday morning. We were pulled through the drive through line to wait for food. It was not a short wait but we finally had someone walk the food out. It was 5 minutes back to the house. My pancakes in my breakfast platter were all so hard that a fork couldn't get through any of them. My wife's tacos were also hard. The food is obviously not even remotely fresh and the staff doesn't seem to mind serving it that way. I submitted a complaint online and was contacted by the general manager asking me to just try it again. I was just passing through so that isn't an option for me, but I wouldn't try this location again anyhow. Buyer beware! read more
