Came here for the second time, late night. First time they got half my order wrong. Last night they forgot a couple of items, I told the guy, I am missing a couple things, and he kept on saying its in the bag, I asked for sauces 3 times once while ordering and twice when I pulled up and they still forgot to put them in the bag not even ketchup or napkins , guy was giving me the wrong drinks, I kept on telling him, those where not the correct ones. They always give me regular fries when I order Curly fries. Guy kept on rushing us and there was no cars behind us at all. He was very rude. Now I know you shouldn't expect much out of fast food employees but the service I got this afternoon at this Jack in the Box was disrespectful. I ordered my food in the drive thru and the Asian girl working there was extremely rude and rushed me the entire time. I ordered my food and asked for a side of ranch and she cuts me off and says "you order sauces at the window" i get to the window and she tells me they don't have ranch and then I say I want to cancel my order and she slams the window shut and walks away and comes back with ranch and throws it in my bag and shoves me my bag. Then when I get my sprite it is brown as if it was mixed with a dark soda or tea i politely tell her I ordered a sprite but my drink doesn't look like a sprite. She give me an attitude and snatches my drink and slams the window shut again but while she remakes my drink she's talking shit about me to her coworker and then give me the new sprite hella rudely and doesn't say anything to me. read more

I love this place because the food is so good. I recently got the most delicious large chocolate shake I've ever tasted--that was such a treat! The hamburgers likewise are great, and I especially appreciate all those different choices. The jumbo taco seems to be replaced with a little carton called Loaded Tiny Tacos. You buy two cartons and empty the contents out on a plate, stir the sauce and lettuce, dip that up with the tiny tacos, and just enjoy the tasty finger food. I forgot to review this location after my lunch in October. No, I wasn't drunk or anything, but, the ordering kiosk is so fun to "play" with! There's no getting your order wrong when you put your order in via the kiosk. They need to have more kiosks at other locations! We also got free 5 piece churros with our order. Except I don't know why some were kinda oozy, but they tasted alright. I think this location is a newer one, the seats and tables look a little nicer than what I'm used to seeing. This is also the cleanest Jack location I've been to. 3 stars for cleanliness & of course the bad ass kiosk! However, the parking lot is horrible! read more

Not sure if it's just this store but twice now I've ordered a grilled sourdough burger and got the most horrific of all fast food sandwiches. Both times the bread wasn't grilled and might have been lightly toasted. Both times the produce was worse than 2 week old scraps. I know it's just fast food but the poor quality increases exponentially when it's prepared without a care in the world. The staff has always been friendly. I really have to commemorate the amount of excellent customer service that gets pumped out of this place. If y'all have ever been here late at night, you'll notice a very nice lady working drive thru who makes this place an EASY CHOICE for some late night munchies. With no hesitation involved, I'd come here every night if I could. Ordering food is fast, cheap, simple and without a second doubt awesome. People may disagree with me but hey I'm not out there trying to give people hard times nor am I high maintenance, I'm as impartial as ever and as long as you can give me adequate service and goods we'll both walk away fondly. I have to mention their late night munchies deal is an awesome value ($6-$7 out the door) and WAYYYY TOO MUCH FOOD!!! That's definitely not a bad thing at all. If I could make a suggestion I think the LNM deal could perhaps come with a larger drink INCLUDED for those taking it away, I found myself having a hard time having enough to wash down all that food that came in the meal. This review is based on the location and this by far the worst Jack In the Box I ever been to. If you all are looking fast and great quality service, this is not the place. I was the first one in line and waited over 3 minutes for a staff to take my order. Finally, I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger meal. While waiting for my order, the lady in front of me was furious because they gave her the wrong order. When the manager gave her the right order, she didn't even say sorry. I waited over 20 minutes or more for my order. I've never waited so long! I went to get ice for my drink, but they ran out of ice. I told the manager and instead of adding more ice in the machine, she went to grab ice and just toss them in my cup! Bad management, rude staff, and the worst service! read more

I use to frequent this place years back when I worked just down the road. They have always been reliable. I contemplate and ask myself, is there any reason I should take off a star? The food is greasy, fattening, and will can highly effect your well being. Sometimes the food quality does not come out the same. Some days its better than others. The staff are like robots, and although do as you wish are emotionless. And I say again, is there a reason why I should take off a star? This is JACK IN THE BOX! Came here to try their new Jack's Blazin Chicken sandwich with ghost pepper ranch sauce. I was so excited to try this since I love spicy food. I was a bit disappointed as it was not spicy at all for me. I guess I'll have to try the spicy sriracha burger next time. I did like the fact they offered free medium curly fries when you text to a certain #. We were surprised how much fries came with it especially since it was free. Every time I've ordered the Sourdough Jack from this location, the sourdough is either only toasted on one side or not toasted at all -- with the exception of one time when I specifically asked her to toast BOTH sides of the sandwich. Ordered it again today and explicitly asked for the sandwich to be toasted on both sides, but instead found it to not be toasted at all when I got home. The sourdough was cold and stale. If I could give zero stars, I would. How can you be so cheap as to not toast a sandwich that's meant to be toasted?! This is the last time I'll be going to this location. read more

Your night shift is a joke. There is a light skin kid with long hair in a ponytail that is either drunk or high as shit right now. He's slurring he came out looking confused and slurring. The line is currently wrapped around the building to the street, I called before pulling in and he said I don't have to wait pull up and come into the lobby I said are you sure because it's late he said yes I will bring it out. So I do that there is also a door dasher standing right next to me saying the same thing... By the way I was doing Uber eats. He tells the door dasher on the phone no you got to get in line the door dasher is furious because he said I just got out of line because you told me to come to the lobby you can come out now you're telling me to get back in line. So I called again and he tells me Yes hold on I'll come out so he comes out with two orders the door dasher gets back out of his car he says that mine? And he proceeds to pull both orders back from us and he's can't even look straight I'm trying to read the ticket on the bags so we get the correct order any pools on my way from both of us and says you guys have to go online I said what are you talking about? You are literally holding a door Dash order an Uber eats order can I please read the number so I grab the right one I go are you high are you drunk why are you slurring and he looks at me and slurs and says no why would you say that I said because even the door dasher thinks you're drunk or high. Last night I had the best service at this jack in the box. In previous reviews, I had written about my meal being prepared incorrectly, or in a sloppier manner, but the staff from last nights shift changed my mind. On a walk home from work, I dropped by my local Jack for dinner. We walked inside for the first time in a while since, normally we drive, but last night was a humid night in Milpitas so we enjoyed the weather and instead entered through the dinning hall. The overall hall was slightly on the fuller side, but we were able to walk inside and order without ease and little to no time waiting in between! Since my cousin and I are both vegetarian, options at fast food restaurants are difficult to come by. Thankfully, Jack has a chicken terriyaki bowl that tastes just as incredible with double the veggies, and no chicken! Previously, I've ordered these from this particular location and I didn't get the desired results. Either chicken was still included or there were bits of chicken (which can be fatal to a vegetarian!) or they just gave me a bowl of rice. Last night they gave me exactly what I wanted and it didn't take long either. Since my mother and grandma were back at home waiting, I also ordered Large French fries, 3pc eggrolls, and two tacos. We also ordered a Jumpin' Jack Splash which tastes like a more adult fruit punch (a lot less sugar but such a refreshing fruit drink!). Within 10 minutes of ordering, our number was called, and the staff was so nice and friendly too. I've said before I would seek other jack in the boxes, but I'm glad I changed my mind last night because you guys made me feel so relieved everything went well. I'm a firm believer in giving every establishment a try despite reviews, and fast food is hard to review entirely, so I would recommend giving them a try for sure. One thing to note is that entering the jack in the box versus drive through allows you to be heard easily and clearly- I've had some issues from my car window, but being able to explain it to my cashier had a key roll in getting positive outcomes. read more
