Jack in the box is a go to for a quick fast food meal. The food here has always been good when we have been here. I do think some of these new kids in the drive thru windows need to be trained better as not sure they're great with their math calculations. But overall, if you check your bags before you leave the drive thru and have it all, then the food usually is good for the fast food option. read more

DONT EAT HERE. I asked my coworker to bring me food from this location. Worst decision of my morning. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, and some chicken nuggets. So today is March 12 and at 3:53 I ordered a number 6 a chicken sandwich with tomato and a 6 pc chicken nugget meal which was a total of 16.23 1st off I didn't get a receipt. I noticed the amount I was charged because I have a constant habit of looking at my bank statement and that's when I noticed I was charged twice for the same order one at 3:53 and the other 3:57 it's weird because on my bank statement it says 5:53/5:57 maybe that's how it is in there system idk anyway an hour later I go and speak to the manager and she says she can not find the transaction -_- like seriously how can you not find it. I was super nice the whole time but I'm so mad that's $16.23 that's literally gas money. The manager told me to call the bank to see if they can void it. I called the bank and they're going to investigate etc. and possibly give me back my refund But the point is it's not the banks job to correct your job and now I have to wait to get my money back when I showed the manager on my phone to show my bank statement that they charged me twice, she could of just gave me a refund. But of course it's not her fault it was the cashier who took my order twice instead of one time and then he failed to give me a receipt. I didn't mind not getting my receipt until I noticed the transaction on my phone. For the cashier to not give the receipt or ask if I want my receipt is pretty suspicious to me. And $16 is $16 I don't have money growing out of my butt, I work hard just like you guys. Something has changed in the last month at this location. I come 4 or 5 nights a week on average to get some food and an iced coffee on my way into my night shift. They've changed who works when I come through (they hired a bunch of guys, and either got rid of the girls, or they left) and now my orders are often wrong. My review is of employee Claudia Hernandez and the food. Usually the food is ok. Today I ordered a jumbo Jack and large curly fries. When I got home I took groceries off the car and put them away before I started eating. It was 35 min till I started eating so I take that into account and expected my food to be cold. The burger was still warm but the fries were frozen still. The box and bag where the fries were is covered in grease which is what happens When food doesn't completely fry and just absorbs the oil. No big deal but i called the restaurant. Claudia Hernandez asked for my order amount so she could find the order and refund the fries. She didn't I spoke Spanish. She went on sarcastically with the other employees while I was on hold laughing and mocking me and then refused a refund. I have been fighting cancer and I was pretty tired so I didn't feel like driving to take her fries so she could believe me for 4$. Yeah I understand it might sound odd that they were frozen but THEY were, maybe not all the fries but most were. We visited this location two days ago and had the worst experience with a manager named Marina. Cold food, requested fresh fries and saw them put them into the fryer for me, then switched for the old fries. Go figure, and we were the 2nd customer eating in the lobby. Bad choice. I was so upset, it didn't end there. To make a long story short, I wrote the whole experience on the website. The manager, Omar, called the very next day and invited us back for a free meal. I was extremely hesitant until he said he didn't want to lose our business. That was enough for me to give him the chance. It was a great visit. Food was fresh and hot.
