Very small breakfast burrito. I thought I could share but no way nothing like other establishments.
    Tommy T.

Very dissatisfied with the quality of food. Ordered the bacon breakfast burrito and it was so small. When you think breakfast burrito you assume it is a good portion. Not this time. These look like Del Taco or McDonald's burritos. The bacon literally tastes gamy. We used to go to this establishment when they were at their old original location and it was great but ever since they moved something went wrong with the quality.

This was a " asada " steak burrito, looks like ground beef and dog food smh

This place is lazy. I went in asking for ONE extra taco shell to eat with my civeche, the girl said she couldn't do that . I said id pay for a taco and take the meat out myself, she said she will just add a taco shell. She gave me a tostada of coarse, how hard was it to give me a plain taco shell ??? Also, my husband asked for a steak burrito with shrimp, and the same girl said they can only do breaded shrimp and can't do grilled. But if you only do grilled shrimp, then how is your shrimp cocktail and shrimp fajitas made?? So he said it's ok and got a regular asada burrito, opened it and it looks like blended ground beef , like dog food.... it's ground beef, no asada , no chunks of steak, nothing!!! And he threw it away, the girls at the front desk were the ones making the food. So I'm not sure if they were short staffed or couldn't make food or were being lazy. But even the lady infront of us was having issues. This was our 2nd time trying this place out since we're close by it, last time they said they didn't have " fish ceviche" , and this time they did... ceviche was okay, needed a lot of lime and salt. They were just lazy here. Forsure won't go back, the burrito looked like dog food and they're lazy as heck.

Azteca Chilaquiles. Tasteful and delicious. We will be coming back.

Food was delicious. Generous portions. Friendly workers. Fast service. My husband and I both had red chilaquiles.

Less than $12 burrito and it was excellent. Came w/ chips n nice quality salsa. Will be returning for their 2 breakfast burrito for $8 special in the morning

I have been to El Colima at their older location on Van Buren for over 20+ years. This is my 3rd time coming to this new location. The service is quick and there were two tables of 2 & 6 customers and another person ordering food. It is a small place that sits 20. The foods are tasty with that authentic Mexican kick. They have a salsa bar for customers to choose. You can't go wrong ordering anything from their menus.. Their Camel-filled Chorros are to die for and the best in the West! Not to mention their chips and salsa are so good.

When we arrived, there was live music playing, the restaurant was packed with customers, and the atmosphere felt lively and welcoming. We waited about 15 minutes before being seated, which wasn't bad considering how busy they were. To start, we ordered drinks. Since a few of us planned on having beers, we asked our waitress if ordering a bucket of beer would be cheaper than ordering them individually, and she said yes. However, after doing the math later, we realized it actually came out to the same price as ordering single beers. Not a huge deal, but something worth noting. My wife ordered a piña colada, which was absolutely delicious and definitely had a nice kick to it. I also tried the mango margarita, which was refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for the warm weather. For my meal, I ordered the Surf and Turf Burrito Mojado, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The flavors were spot on, and it's definitely something I would order again on a future visit. My wife ordered the Tacos Gobernador, which were both tasty and filling. I also got to try some of the ceviche that my family members ordered, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious as well. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back whenever we're in the area. The live mariachi music made the experience even more enjoyable, the food was excellent, and the service was friendly throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Our bartender was very nice and made an excellent Paloma. Never once did my wife and I feel like we weren't being taken care of. Very attentive staff. It is a bit pricey though, two drinks and two shots was $80 so an average of $20 a drink, it doesn't make it my first choice to have a drink.

This is one of those places that really needs your Yelp help. It is located in an eclectic…read moreneighborhood, a very rural area called Mira Loma, but on a well-known, main thoroughfare. Google Maps turns you into a dusty asphalt driveway where, in the front is one stucco building that might have been someone's house at one time, and in the back is one very worn, almost sleazy, one-story building where three tiny Mom & Pop businesses compete for space. There is nothing fancy to see here, with the exception of the tiny, covered patio at the entry and a claustrophobic ordering counter on the other side of a sliding glass door. The patio walls are lined with bamboo, a couple taxidermied blue marlin, and some seaside-themed, tropical decor. There are maybe 4 tables and a cluster of chairs. I imagine, in the heat of the summer, it gets pretty hot and uncomfortable in here. And yet, reading the food reviews will make your heart go pitter-patter. Their specialty is mariscos with a Baja spin. Ceviche, shrimp cocktails, fish soup, fish tacos and burritos, to name a few. They also have swordfish and salmon on their menu. We came for the fish tacos and were we in store for a surprise! The chunk of fried fish in each taco was as big as a huge chicken tender. Our tacos were filled with moist, great tasting white fish (not tilapia)! The tortillas, hence, had to be the larger size, not street taco sized. The batter was crispy and exceptional, with a light, herbal flavor. The finishing touch was a pile of toppings, including shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, finely chopped cucumber, and an insanely delicious white crema-mayo sauce. I think the unexpected cucumber added a unique, refreshing element to an already excellent taco. The only downfall was that the corn tortilla fell apart before I could get it into my mouth. Heh, I can live with that...just give me a fork. If you thought the price of 1 taco ($4.50) was too expensive, you are wrong. One taco here is the equivalent of two tacos elsewhere. That's a great deal! This is not fast food. The fish is cooked to order. Plan on a wait. Although this is essentially a covered, outdoor dining enclosure with a dutch door style gate, please note. Pets are not allowed. There is no pet-friendly section, nor shady areas to park in their bleak parking lot. The irony of this was the number of off-leash dogs we saw wandering around the parking lot. We saw three small to medium sized dogs, and no owner. We ended up bringing our food and personna-non-grata pup home. They did a nice job with the fish tacos, and one of their customers assured me the fried and/or grilled shrimp tacos and mojo de ajo shrimp were excellent. This means only one thing...we shall return, but without the chihuahua fur baby.

The Food: We ordered guacamole as an appetizer, which was brought to the table without chips. By the time the server finally prought the chips out, the "appetizer" was pointless. The Attitude: When our breakfast finally arrived, I politely asked for a side of salsa. As she walked away, the waitress(Janet) literally rolled her eyes and threw her head back in frustration.
