"should be 10 tacos and 10 churros" a small cup of ice cream for a strawberry shake!! being told im swindling people. jack n the box is not here for shit but their own values. people are homeless, without jobs, and some, even trust. at 1 am headed home "40 minutes past the restaurant. i had forgot to apparently brush up on my jack n the box "company policy for 2020." feeling blessed with a job even through this situation with covid-19! my money and my respect were not valued or cared for. needing a receipt, was not given a receipt, but unknowingly was needed for a refund was obviously available. also had been told that transactions can be pulled up anytime which i know is a fact. plus++++++the undercooked food is needed for a refrund. of course served by the employees. the simple fact that it was carelessly crafted by two incompetent, too obviously high from smoking weed in the car and parking lot of the restaurant employees. which i can clearly tell what they're doing! im not new. so this is obvious concern for clearly production without safety measures and guidelines that are required by legal health officials and sooooo many more rules that must be followed from food service and handling agencies. they still manage to keep slapdash service. plus pathetic rude incompetent employees. im 25 and have been in and out of the food business and service industry mannnyyy times over 8 years. this is not how it goes regardless of a "policy" most of all im more than sure that im being racially profiled. i make good money and im honest, good and fair. traits not found at ofallon illinois jack n the box. i dont ever slam restaurants! mistakes happen!! this is no mistake!! the hard working people need their money taken care of even more delicately in this world, even more so including those who are without or in a tight place . we dont need you piss poor attitude or judgement!! i will gladly make anyone a safe meal at my house for free and pay you to do so just so you don't go there. they are disgraceful, disgusting and devious!! read more

The worst customer service I've ever had. I gave my order specifically stating sweet tea. She didn't give it to me right away then scolded me for walking away when she was asking me sweet or unsweetened when I came back to ask about my second drink. Cashier was also seen on her phone in the back of the kitchen when customers were waiting to order. Won't be going back there again. read more

I like their chicken strip meal. It isn't really anything special though. Their toasted turkey sandwich is really good. Also, they have very good breakfast sandwiches. For desserts, their churros and cheesecake are both good choices. The cookies are hard, don't get them. I've never had the fish tacos but I have heard nothing but good things about them. (I don't eat fish from burger places). Oh and this particular Jack in the Box likes to forget half of your order a lot when you go through the drive thru so please double check your order before driving off! read more

Jack in the Box this morning was very efficient. They did quite well with a very large order. There was one item missing but it was just hash rounds and my employee didn't want them anyway. This is was the reasoning for 4 stars. The order taker and person that greeted us at the Window were cheery and positive even on this gloomy morning. We will be back! read more

The service here is terrible. Customer service is lacking in all areas. Tables aren't wiped down, food on the floor. Employee acted as if it was a bother to take my order. Their milkshake machine is down as well, and I didn't get any apology or anything. Will not be returning read more

It's kinda hit or miss here. I've been here a handful of times and have mostly had no issues. Sometimes there was a rude cashier, sometimes the order was wrong, but ultimately, this is the closest Jack in the Box for my 2 for $.99 tacos cravings. read more

I am so disappointed in this establishment. After a long road trip, we decided to pick up some food close to home. Our order was pretty simple without any special requests: 2 chicken sandwiches, one order of tacos, 2 big cheeseburgers and a bacon cheeseburger. When we got home and opened the bag, we realized that BOTH chicken sandwiches were missing. Also, the bag was completely wet at the bottom. At first we didn't realize what it was. Upon closer inspection, we realized that the tacos were oozing so much oil that they drenched the bag. Now I know Jack tacos are greasy, but I've never seen anything like it. The tacos were cold and literally drenched in grease.In short, they were inedible, which meant 3 of our order items were missing. Just awful. read more

We live nearby and no matter what time of day or night we go there now we never get served. I was actually even told one time thru the drive thru speaker that they were "out of all meat". I will never go here again I am done. At least 8 different times now we have had issues. I love the food but will be taking my time elsewhere from now on. read more

This is absolutely the worst Jack In The Box in the area. If you're from the area you know there are other ones in Swansea and Belleville. If you really have a taste for Jack In The Box, drive to those other locations. At this location they are rude, have horrible attitudes and it's like the food is just thrown together without care. It's usually over cooked as well. Not to mention your order is usually wrong. Also they seem to have a issue with you asking for condiments. They need to do one of two things with this location. Shut it down, or completely hire new staff. This is not how any restaurant should be, especially for fast food. read more

This was the third time I've attempted to get breakfast at the O'Fallon location. The first two times I ended up driving away because after several minutes I never heard anyone through the drive through window. I knew there were people inside as I saw numerous cars and several people walking in/out. Today, the only reason I find out the the drive through was working was because there were two other cars in front of me. Once again, however, when I got to the speaker to order, it took over 5 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. The vehicle behind me obviously felt the same as they drove off from the speaker/menu without ordering anything. Not only are they extremely slow at taking orders, my food took over 25 minutes to receive and there were only three cars in line. Super slow pace at this "fast food" joint. read more
