Worst experience ever I never complain about places I never send food back but this was Absolutely ridiculous we ordered fries a burger and a breakfast croissant. we leave and take a bite of our croissant and there is a long hair wrapped under and in the sandwich. We are grossed out pull back around we say what happened we weren't rude about it just grossed out and wanted to give them the food back and just get our money for the item we couldn't eat. I went through drive thru to order gift cards. I was told be it's time consuming, I need to come in. The problem was there were 3 cars in front of me, and several whine me. I was stuck in drive thru over 5 minutes. I called the manager and explained the situation, and asked for an expectation. He said no expectations allowed. So my time meant nothing to them. I told him I was going to talk with the manager, he suggested that I call corporate. People like this are not good business wise. My family is so nostalgic for the SoCal mainstay Jack in the Box. Buttery burgers and greasy little mystery meat tacos, so yummy! I also love their regular fries, while hubby and kiddos love them curly. Having the choice, oh it just feels nice. Today we both had a $4.99 special Triple Bonus Jack burger. Patties dry and lacking any real beefy flavor. Overall it tasted a bit more processed than I remember, kinda like a Big Mac. I would definitely hold the "secret sauce" (think southwest sauce) next time and just do mustard, ketchup and/or mayo. Burger wasn't bad, but it was not as good, juicy or buttery as their burgers I remember. I like the new-ish location, much better than the rundown 1970's buildings back in Orange County. They keep it pretty clean here. Just be aware, the service is hit and miss. Ordered from Uber Eats: Large curly fries and a large Oreo milkshake. The fries came cold and the milkshake came with no whipped cream or cherry even though there was room in the cup for it. They did not give me a straw or spoon so it was pretty much impossible for me to drink the milkshake. The worst place to get food. Their excuse is "I know but we are short staffed" on every rebuttal. I came in on 8/14/2021 at 9:30 and wanted to get a Togo order because there is 12 cars in the drive thru. I talked to some rude woman and all she could say was "but I know our drive thru is open and we are closed inside and we are short staffed". Why don't you just tell the truth that you don't want to clean the lobby and be honest because you are lazy! The sign on the door says the lobby closes at 10pm. There is no verbiage anywhere if the lobby because closed or anything. For sure will not be coming back to this area and to the lazy employees there just get back on unemployment and quit taking your anger out on paying customers. This restaurant has an excellent location and is well maintained. The drive thru is clean and easily accessed. The inside is clean and the workers friendly. I have only had one instance where I was unhappy with my burger and that was because it was super greasy. Upon returning to the counter, the worker apologized for their mistake without question & gave me another burger PLUS refunded my money. I placed a mobile order for a shake and drove 8 miles from my house to this location. I then tried to check in on the mobile app and it wouldn't let me. I was told to come inside to speak with the manager. I went inside and stood there for 20 minutes waiting on another customer's order that was messed up as well as the order of someone who came in after me...only to be told that there's nothing they can do and that their shake machine is broken. In total, one hour of my time wasted. Thankfully I didn't have to file a credit card dispute since my card wasn't charged. Separately, with a recent order before this, I got my mobile order in the drive-thru but wasn't given my card back. I went back around to get it. I then noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged for someone else's order in addition to the mobile order I placed, so they swiped my card while it was there for another order. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get the money back. I tried another location and they just wasted my time with a broken shake machine and were very rude about it. I'm done with Jack in the Box and will certainly be advising others not to go there. read more

Date: 5/3/17 Time: 3PM Pretty subpar but it's fast food, so I guess I should expect that. The cashier was friendly on the order board, but the girl at the cashier window was not quite as helpful. We got the window and thought the lady inside was taking another order, we shortly found out that she was on her cell phone and proceeded to say, "hold on" to us. It was pretty aggravating not only because that is HORRIBLE customer service practices, but we had to pull around and wait another ten minutes only to find out they had got the order wrong and forget two of our food items. We ordered 2 tacos, breakfast tray, avacado bacon chicken sandwich, and a jack burger. Everything was great once we actually got all of our food. I love Jack-in-the-Box fried tacos, it's a throwback from my childhood - going to Huntington Beach, and for lunch having Jack-in-the-Box tacos. I'm a big fan of Jack-in-the-Box fast food restaurants, I love their breakfast Supreme Croissant with egg, bacon, ham and cheese. One of my favorites is the jumbo Jack cheeseburger,the beef patty has two slices of American cheese, chopped onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato and mayo,I skipped the ketchup. Although their fries are really good I don't order them, I prefer to order tacos (2 tacos for $1.19) instead of fries. The Chicken fajita Pita it's delicious, pita bread stuffed with grilled chicken,cheddar cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato, they serve salsa on the side. I enjoy their chicken club salad you can order it with grilled or fried chicken, cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped bacon on mixed lettuce. They have a great menu, something for everybody. Their service is fast and friendly, they have a drive-through and ample parking if you choose to eat in the very clean restaurant. read more

From Burgers to tacos to egg rolls, if you want it fast and good, then Jack in the Box is an excellent choice. The best thing about Jack in the Box is the burgers. They are seasoned exceptionally well, which makes the burgers the best of any fast food chain I've tried. The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger might not be the healthiest thing you can eat, but it's worth it. I know a lot of people like the fried tacos, but I'm not a fan. I went back to the restaurant and asked for the manager. 15 minutes later Nicolle told me she remembered my wife coming in and that didn't sound like her crew.
