At drive thru order #21 Supreme breakfast combo. Jack in the box just steered me away from their restaurants for good, it seems the standards of the staff are all the same across the board. So the other day we wanted on Tuesday, Nov. 27 burgers protein style and the window clerk was great Edwin got it down pat and was super courteous and polite what customer service is all about. The Jack is lucky to have him he has great people skills so I hope they appreciate him. read more

Expect to pay for your sauces like buttermilk & buffalo. I paid $50 for all my food and can't even get sauce with my order? This is ridiculous! The service was bad, rude and you'd think the sauce was coining out of their own pockets. Ive gone to other jack in the box locations and I get as many sauces as I ask for. I also asked for ketchup and hot sauce and was not given anything. This jacks is CHEAP! And bad service choose another location! read more

Just has coffee spill on me by the idiot girl at the drive thru window. Apparently they don't check lids when handy hot coffee to someone. Attitude was like some ditsy person and only offered me napkins with no concerns if I got scolded. Just handed me my food and walked away. Never again read more

Unbelievable I went on the drive thru because I was in a hurry.There was barely any cars there I ordered 10 tacos and 2 kids meals one of them I just got the fries no chicken nuggets.Good thing my son checked when I drove away.I went inside to get my complete order.It was slow imagine when it's busy how they screw up on orders. read more

Hello to anyone it may concern I recently came to Jack In the Box drive through and purchased a lot of food not only did they gave me burnt curly fries again but they were cold and hard not only that I ordered a bacon jumbo jack with cheese and they forgot the bacon witch was the last straw for me as a customer then when I tried calling no one picked up the phone this is terrible customer service and food pick a struggle jack ! read more

This is probably the slowest location I have ever been to. If you are trying to get FAST food this location doesn't seem to be able to provide it. Everything else is as you would expect from Jack in the box. I have been waiting more than 20 mins for an app order after arriving. I have spent More than 20 mins in the drive thru on other visits and several mins waiting inside. read more

I've never really had any issues here. They're drive through does get packed every Monday morning around 12am though. I've never had a order wrong or missing. They have that fancy coke machine that has like 100 flavors (could be wrong on that number) my only issue is their bathrooms always smell bad. Not like Pee & Poo but just moldy old water and trash. read more

Its great when everyone else is closed and there is a place to eat a quick meal for cheap. I always enjoyed the taco's and a jumbo jack from them since the 90's and always under $5. I am a loyal customer to this particular location and never have I ever had to argue for extra sauce. I even offered to pay the 35 cents for each extra but the employee refused to give me more, not only did she refuse but she also continued to study's with me and give me excuses. I'll think twice before going to this location again :( read more

Walking in, they had plenty of booths and tables that can accommodate both small and large groups. You order before you sit down, and they also have a self-serve water station. We tried the Egg Rolls (3 pieces) and Dumplings (5 pieces) for appetizers, and for our main meals we ordered the Beef Stew Soup and the Glass Noodle Chicken Soup. The egg rolls and dumplings were crispy and flavorful, and the sweet and sour dipping sauce paired well with both. I actually thought I had ordered the beef pho, so I was surprised when the beef stew came out but that was completely my mistake. It ended up being a pleasant surprise because it was hearty, full of flavor, and reminded me a lot of sopa de res. The Glass Noodle Chicken Soup was much lighter, with a clean, comforting broth that made for a great contrast to the rich beef stew. Both soups were generously portioned. The customer service was friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back to try more items from their menu.

I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Sourdough Cheesesteak Melt which includes Sliced beef topped with melted cheese, grilled onions, fire-roasted bell peppers and mayo-onion sauce on sourdough bread. I also ordered a Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Shake which consists of Ice Cream, Pumpkin Pie Syrup, Whipped Topping and a Maraschino Cherry. My order was ready in just a few minutes, I took my tray and sat down. I enjoyed both items, the chesesteak had a good flavor and the steak was tender. The worst jack n the box. I don't know what's with management. But this place needs a serious relook at the staff and its hiring way. Never get the order right. Too cheap or careless to include condiments with orders. Many instances not including what you ordered.
