Pretty dang good. My husband and I tried this taco truck for the first time last night after a wrestling event at Transplants Brewery in Palmdale. My husband is on the keto diet, so we were happy that there was several options for him to choose from. Their Chipotle salsa is definitely on point and their shrimp tacos were very good. I'm all for supporting small businesses. Unfortunately this one could use a bit of realignment. The flavor of the al pastor was mid, it was underseasoned and didn't have any sweetness in the meat or pineapple to help it. The chipotle salsa is genuinely delicious. But, to charge $3.30 for a single mediocre street taco is not for me. If both the price could come down and the flavor go up, it would help. read more

My meat eating kids said the asada and buche tacos are delicious perfect on seasoning and can't wait to try the other meat options... We also ordered the Vegan option which is mushroom and must say they are really good too. Thanks for offering an alternative so we can still enjoy eating tacos. Was passing through on a cross country road trip and heard about this place. They were setup at a local brewery one night and it happened to be the day before my birthday. Got to chatting with the owner of the truck and long story short. Made a new friend!! The food was absolutely fantastic and the customer service was even better. Cannot go wrong with these guys. These tacos are genuinely so good. There's no pieces of fat, and the avocado salsa is really good is well. The truck is right next to a brewery, so you can sit in the brewery while eating and you can have a beer. People under 18 are allowed to go in as well. The service is great and the people are very nice. The brewery is a really chill spot to be in, and the ambiance is great. I would def recommend. read more

I was at Transplants Brewery with my family this past Saturday and these guys are amazing. Top notch food and the guys working that night were so nice and made great recommendations for my vegetarian Auntie. The nachos are so good, they have Keto tacos, and they make this amazing mushroom taco or quesadilla (I'm not sure cause but it was oh my god good and vegetarian). Our entire family was pleased with the food and service. So sad we live so far from Palmdale. What an awesome food truck all around. read more

Tried their carne asada and al pastor tacos. Al pastor tacos tasted more like adobada, but were very flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Such great food every time we've gone. Staff is always nice and gets orders out quickly. They have several locations they get around to during the week which is nice. Michelada mix is super good and it's always great when the have Toxica's desserts. Give them a try sooo worth it.
