Last night, I went to this Jack in the Box and had a terrible experience. Our order number was 23, and we ordered breakfast with hot coffee. When I got my coffee, it was cold. I politely asked if I could get a hot one, and the lady was very rude and said, "That's all I have right now." No apology, no effort to fix the problem. Very unprofessional customer service. Today 05/12/25 , I came to the front counter to order. The customer service this lady named DOMINICA gave me horrible ... She saw me couple of times at my face and ignored me, like 3 minutes passed until I asked if I can order. This lady had a nasty attitude not even a smile, or say hi welcome or nothing. I had asked I wanted my sandwich fresh and her response was "we don't have eggs" with rude attitude, I didn't ask if they had eggs or how many. I only asked for my sandwich to be make freshly. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! September 24th 2024. At about 9:50pm. I order a sourdough scramble and French toast sticks. I got home and realized I received a sourdough jack and French toast sticks. I returned to the unit to get my order corrected. While waiting I noticed an employee not compliant with fast food dress code on his phone. Once he handed us the replacement I checked to see if the order was correct to find that he had given us a cold sandwich. We requested a fresh sourdough scramble he told us he would rather just give us a refund. So we got the refund and requested his name and his managers name. He said he was the only manager and if we wanted we could call in the morning. We asked for his manager and he threatened to call the police on us for waiting in the drive through. I visited store #3301 in the city of perris this morning and was really disappointed. Not only were they not taking card (cash only) they had everyone parking in front of the building to get their food. What place parks car at 4 am? Isn't this a safety violation?. As I waited for my food I seen the car that was behind me get a bag and the employee went back inside the building, the other customer had gotten my food so they complained to the employee when she came back outside with the correct order. I got off my car and asked where my food was and they were like here we gave it to the wrong car. I was so freaking mad that I asked for my money back and the employee took me inside the store at 4am to get a refund. So sad - it's not that hard to make a root beer float, Coke float, etc. Jack in the Box employs the Coca Cola system where you can choose countless styles / flavors of Coke products. To that, they just have to add some soft serve ice cream to make a float. The employee who made my order started with ice, then added the liquid and the ice cream. Who puts ice in a float? I ended up with ice stuck in the straw, which then leaked on to my pants when I tried to get it unjammed. Trying to drink around the ice with the ice cream also didn't go well. It was messy, sticky, and more effort than enjoyment. I also ordered fries for a snack, as I wasn't very hungry. I rarely have fries, but when I do, it's nice to have them hot and fresh. These weren't that hot, nor that fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with this location as their food products weren't at their best. I normally never leave a comment for fast food joints unless they do fantastic service or they have done horrible service. Never have I ever been to a jack in the box, let alone any other fast food joint, that has left me beyond upset with this place. To explain my experienece, it was myself my boyfriend and a friend in the vehicle out here visiting a friend , who just recently moved. we wanted to stop and get food before we went to her house, and unfortunately this is really the only thing available within a couple of miles. So we pulled up to the a jack in the box drive through to start ordering. When we decide what we want and pull up to the speaker box, I get one order done and tell her I have 2 more meals I need to order. She tells us," Sorry, no one in the drive through can order more than 2 meals." I am so dumbfounded I kept thinking, this had to be a joke. But maybe its a weird rule that this JBX has. However, it would have been nice to have been notified because there was no signs that had said you can only order two meals per vehicle in the drive through area. The girl tells us if we want to order more than two meals that we would have to go inside. i'm a bit annoyed because I am in a hurry to get to my friends house, but we're hungry so we decided to stop and go inside. We go inside, where there are 2 people in the dining room and no vehicles in the drive through. We stand there for 5 minutes waiting for service, and finally 4 people magically appear from the back. We order, and as we are, a car pulls up with 3 people inside. I see them order, get there order and leave. I am now extremely angry because with another 5 minutes, I see another 2 cars pulls up with 4 people inside them. A mini van and a lexus. This place deserves no stars, and that woman CLEARLY does not know what customer service or tje responsibility of her job is. even while waiting there were 2 dead flies at out table. Just went thru drive thru and associate told me there was an update so she couldn't take any orders for 20 minutes, but then had family members or friends at the front entrance waiting to go inside at 4AM while dine in is closed. This property is a typical Jack in the box in an industrial blue color area. Food is standard fare along with the prices for this chain. The property is not as clean as it could be but still ok for a quick stop for breakfast, lunch, or a snack Always have found parking but there is a lot of truck traffic in the area so careful driving entering and exiting is wise read more

Just went to grab food here since everyone else is either closed or about to close. Walk in and employed just yell closed! We're closed! Supposed to be 24 hours and there are people inside eating. The girl was super rude and didn't even get off her ass, just insisted on sitting there with her friends and yelled we're closed. I made it less then two feet inside. If you are gonna be closed lock the doors and put up a sign or at least wait till a customer is close enough to you so you don't have to yell and explain you are temporarily closed.
