Conveniently located right off the 215 FWY off Van Buren Blvd. and Opportunity Way by the 76 Gas Station with plenty of parking and dual drive-thru. I was driving by and noticed it wasn't busy so I drove through expecting a fast visit. There was only one car ahead of me, but I still waited about 15 minutes for my meal. I ordered a 'Double-Double with Animal Fries and Strawberry Shake'. The bread was a bit over toasted, and the shake was actually warm by the time it got to me. Regardless, I still enjoyed my meal. Ingredients were fresh. Employees were friendly and apologetic for the wait time. I enjoy that In-N-Out offers your meal in a box so that you can comfortably eat in your car. Overall, I had a decent experience at this location and will return.

    Double double , "extra lettuce"

Quality in this in n out isn't what it used to be.. I asked for a double with extra lettuce!

    Too much ice

I Asked for Lemonade, They Handed Me a Glacier I walked into In-N-Out expecting the usual clean, efficient, almost suspiciously consistent operation--order, receive, leave, no drama. A controlled system. A place where variables go to die. Then they handed me the cup. I knew immediately something was wrong. The weight was off. Too dense. Like I'd been issued a weapon instead of a beverage. I peeled back the lid and stared into it--an arctic crime scene. A frozen mass. Ice stacked on ice like someone was trying to preserve a body for transport. Somewhere, deep beneath that frozen architecture, allegedly, was lemonade. Allegedly. I tilted the cup. Nothing moved. The ice had formed a coalition. A solid, unbreakable regime. I jabbed at it with the straw like a man digging for survivors in a collapsed mine. The straw bent. Of course it did. Weak plastic against industrial-grade ice packing. At some point I had to ask the question no rational consumer should ever have to ask: Was there ever any lemonade in this cup at all, or is this an elaborate performance piece about scarcity? Because this wasn't "heavy ice." This was strategic over-ice. This was policy. This was a decision made by someone who looked at a cup and thought, What if we gave them almost nothing and made it technically legal? I've been to In-N-Outs across different cities, different moods, different states of mind. I've seen consistency. Reliability. A quiet, almost religious devotion to doing things right. This was none of that. This was a breakdown. A fracture in the system. A rogue agent behind the counter waging a silent war against liquid. You don't expect betrayal from a lemonade. But here we are. I paid for a drink. I received an iceberg with a rumor of citrus. Unacceptable.

I'm not into burgers period. But my family love in n out, so whenever we travel to SoCal we have to stop and get burgers there. Although I don't like burgers, I will definitely eat in n out. Always great service, plus it's not really that bad. Always fresh, they even come great you at your car. This Riverside location is near our family so whenever we fly down and visit, we either go to this location or the one near LAX. I don't mind supporting this company at. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Employees are trained properly, place is always clean at all the locations we've visited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My go to is regular burger, and fries. I like the way the fries are cooked. Nice and crispy on the outside. I hear in n out is finally opening up a location in southern WA. There's a couple in OR. Hopefully soon there will be one near Seattle. This way my family can get their burger fix while I get sushi.

Just got home from the drive thru, ordered a 3x3 and this is not it!!!!

I don't know what the heck this is, but not my order. Not what I ordered, this is not a 3x3.

So far so good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only bad thing is the tables are dirty and no person in the lobby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Weird! Food is great as always. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seem very busy for dinner in the drive thru but inside was not so unsure why the do I g area was dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Gave 4 stars because I expect more from In N Out when it comes to cleanliness and service.

    Raina W.

It's been a long time since I've sat in and In N Out and dined inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This one was empty inside so I couldn't help it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not to mention the drive thru line wasn't that long either! Way better than the location by Pigeon Pass! Also I know the weather has been getting chilly, so take advantage of the In N Out Hot Cocoa. Mmmmm, it was perfect on a chilly night and they added marshmallows!

The chicken is as good as it gets, perfect batter and execution. The fries, however, were the polar opposite. Undercooked, limp, hard to believe the contrast between the chicken and this mess that I couldn't eat after the first few bites. This is the suggestion part: Be sure the cooks know how to shake the basket and recognize when the regular fries are properly cooked and crisp. I read a lot of other reviews saying they had issues with the fries also. My second trip was via drive-thru and I ordered the amazing pastrami burger. Just incredible, really. I get why they're popular. Based on the first time I decided to try the curly fries to see if it would be a better outcome. It was, fortunately, and I think this is what I'll get henceforth, or onion rings, which are still untried. Anyhow, the girl at the window forgot to give me the drink and I'm still wondering how my bill reached $22, but I'll ask specifically next for the receipt and breakdown. Four stars for now with reservations.

The lobby is spacious, clean, organized, and offers both table and booth options. I came specifically for a chicken salad, and it did not disappoint, so fresh and tasty. Their burger is another win; I got it lettuce-wrapped, and it was so satisfying. I love that they pack it in a sturdy box instead of a paper bag. It kept everything together and totally mess-free. Major props to the kitchen for the excellent takeout presentation! Also, I really enjoy their fried zucchinis, it's one of my absolute favorites here. The staff behind the counter was welcoming and efficient. I had a good experience and I'm looking forward to coming back and checking out their breakfast menu.

The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for delicious burgers, amazing Italian beef sandwiches, crispy fries with cheese sauce, and a fresh, satisfying salad, Portillo's in Moreno Valley is definitely worth a visit!

I ordered the chili dog with onions and got a side of nacho type cheese to dip it in and for the Fries...... Not bad overall, but the chili had BEANS in it and was too watery. Speedy service, as the inside was just about empty on Thursday around 3 p.m. How about selling just the raw dogs so we can take them home and make our own? These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!

By the time I pulled in and was ready to order, I ended up sitting idle for about 3 minutes while the two 12 year olds with iPads giggled and played around instead of taking peoples orders. When the infant finally came up to my window, he was laughing and covering his mouth like a popular girl in high school while looking everywhere but my eyes. I told him half my order before he went, "huh?" and had me repeat it. Repeating an order is whatever because you probably just didn't hear me, but I'm borderline touching ears with you man, come on. I finished submitting my order and when I nicely said, "Thank You!" This toddler goes, "Yeah, Uhuh". Who are you bro? I felt so old this whole experience dude it was bad. Now reaching the area to pay, I rolled down my window once more as this little jizzum ROLLS HER EYES AND SCOFFS at me because I dropped my card at my feet on accident. Like god forbid I have butter fingers, you nincompoop. I said thank you for whatever reason after paying 60 dollars for some chicken and chitlins (she didn't even say anything after that) and drive to the second to last stop. I get my food and encounter literally the only normal, kind person in this whole drive thru. The manager actually said, "My Pleasure" with a huge smile and giddy attitude when I thanked him for being the only good dude in a one mile radius. Finally, the sauce lady at the very end of the drive thru looked so mad to see me smiling and immediately wiped it off my face after giving me a stern, "what do you want." I got my barbecue and left while stuffing my face with food that burnt my taste buds off, ambiance was chaotic, absolutely delicious food though.
