Don't come to this location unless you want to be ripped off. If you read the reviews its all the same "product shortage". The manager has to be telling the cooks to use less because its not like this at any other location. When I say I was upset that all my chili dogs had almost no chili, that would be a understatement. I bought a lot. Ill never go to this location again. If your are reading this I suggest you dont either unless you want to be given smaller than usual portions. read more

We made a visit to this location on December 6th, 2025 and highly regret that we did so. It was my family of 5 and I, so our orders are always rather large. We placed an order with the family pack of chili dogs with American cheese and fries, the Polish sandwich, and a burger. When we got home the first thing my husband chose to eat was his Polish sandwich. After opening the sandwich my husband decided he wanted less bread, so he removed the top piece in order to fold the sandwich in half. The opening of his sandwich revealed a very moldy Polish sausage. Absolutely disgusting. We couldn't even think of eating the rest of the food we ordered. Money wasted, time wasted, and we will never be visiting this location ever again. I have tried calling and leaving a voicemail, and I have tried direct messaging to get this problem resolved, with no answer. It has been left unresolved because of this company's lack of care and lack of customer service. It should've never happened in the first place and the fact that it hasn't even been resolved is pathetic. A very, very bad look for Wienerschnitzel. Unfortunately, I have to give this rating to this establishment for various reasons. I believe that the manager, Sherry or Cherry, is the least kind out of all the workers. I've been here multiple times and I always have food missing, terrible tone and side eyes when she's working. I feel for the workers if she's the manager, as she seems terrible to be working under. I'd also like to add, they gave me the wrong order in drive thru. I don't care about the food, but the customer service provided by "the manager" is more of a conflict than anything. read more

I went right now and ordered Chilli cheese fries with extra Chilli and cheese....they charge you for it mind you ...and I am ok with that...but did the extra toppings make it to my fries?! Paid with debt card and my card alerts me for every time I buy something seen the charge then the kid said he had an error card not recognized or something and I was it took my money out showed him on my account manager said it's pending I'm like ok I have my groceries and that says pending so long story short didn't get my food and they took my 13.35 had to call my bank to dispute it he said that was weird but but he made a note so hopefully I get my money back in a few days read more

I spend an avg of $20/week here. The place has been great until 3/27. See below. Sunday March 27, 2022 Tried new product "Fish n Chips" which looked very appealing on poster in window. Not cheap but the poster in the window l0oked appealing. Purchased two Large orders, $9.99 each in drive thru. Was for my kids in Nuevo, 40 min away. But the meals were unacceptable. My teenagers who'll typically eat anything just took a few bites and lost interest.. The fish sticks were tasteless and unappealing. Did not resemble the photo in the poster. The undersized narrow french fries were limp and also tasteless. I took the meals back the next day and requested compensation but an employee refused. My wife and I came here to order 2 chili cheese dogs, 1 orange cream shake and 2 fruit loop dipped cones. The 2 fruit loop dipped cones were not fully dipped like they use to as if the girl who served us was just trying to get us out of the drive thru. I will start with this: I'm not a snob. Most people can not afford to eat at 4-5 star restaurants everyday! People that say they refuse to give a yelp review to any chain just do not want to admit they eat here too. With that said- this is a new place and I'm glad this Los Angeles famous chain came to Perris. They have been around since 1961(must know what they are doing-Lol!) there are 3 things I choose from when here; all beef hotdog with a pretzel bun. Also extra pickles,mustard,Ketchup and mayo. If not starving but hungry-I will get a honey battered hotdog on a stick with mustard and ketchup. If room for desert- The chocolate dipped ice cream cone is always delicious. read more

I've been going to this Wienerschnitzel since they opened. They started out good but quickly turned bad. They make frequent mistakes on multiple visits. I ordered a Reese's Freezy and the woman gave me what look like a cup of ice cream. I asked her if there was Reese's in my Freezy and she said yes I made it myself it's blended. I eat 80% of the ice cream and found the Reeses at the very bottom. There was very little Reeses at the bottom. I was very frustrated eating the majority of just vanilla ice cream before I got to the Reese's. I'm very disappointed I was lied to. On another occasion I ordered a hot fudge sundae and they gave me ice cream with the hardshell candy that goes on top of the dipped ice cream. On another occasion I ordered a Polish dog on a regular bun and they gave me the Polish sandwich instead. I order things like onions on the side and they never put it in the bag. I try to conserve on condiments so I tell them one mustard and four ketchups and they give me a handful of ketchup no mustard. Food is frequently cold and has very little toppings. These are just a few examples of mini mistakes. I like having the restaurant close to my home and I hope they're able to resolve these issues. read more
