Unacceptable! After ordering in the drive through, I was asked to park in a space and the food would be brought to me. After 15 minutes, the employee brought out 2 bags and gives it to the driver in another vehicle who shook his head no and handed the bag back to her. She then brought it to me and was caught off guard when I asked why was food given to another customer. Her response: you two had similar orders, so I didn't know which was which. My response: if there was a receipt attached to the order it would clear up confusion. May I have my receipt? She rolled her eyes went inside and brought it to me. 1. Why don't you just give the food while I'm in the drive-through? It will help cut down on confusion. 2. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes just to get a cold breakfast Jack and stale/dry hash browns? This was NOT made when I ordered it. 3. Is it your standard policy to not give receipts to customers? Like most fast food places, your experience just depends on who is working that day and how they feel. A couple of weeks ago, I found out about the Spicy Popcorn Chicken. After my first regular sized order, I went back the very next day and ordered the large. The taste was off-the-hook! I waited until the weekend for my next order and that didn't go so well. I ordered the same thing that I'd ordered twice before. This time, they didn't have spicy and for some reason, I was told to drive around to the entrance and wait until my order is brought out to me. When I got home and opened up the box, it looked as if they'd put a small order of popcorn chicken in a big box. In fact that is exactly what they did. I immediately filled out the online survey and let the organization know how I felt, because I figured driving back up there and trying to have the discussion with the kids behind the counter was going to prove fruitless. Recently, I received a message from the head office telling me that they want to make up for the foul meal and asked me to let them know when I was going to be visiting the restaurant again, so that I could get my meal. VERY disappointed....i placed my order in the drive thru which was a bacon ultimate cheeseburger ,small fries and drink combo, and 2 tacos, a very common order by the way, and pulled in to pay. I paid and waited for about 5 min(never gave me my receipt) and then the cashier told me to park at the front entrance. I waited for another 5 min and he brought it to my car and he never gave me my 2 tacos nor my drink. He never checked the order. The same childish employee was very rude and came back 5 min later with the 2 tacos and drink. He said it was my fault that I didn't check the order on the screen and then I told him that I paid for it in full and he never check the order before giving it to me(or any other customer for that matter). I asked him who his manager was and he said he was the manager. I than told him that this is not the way to conduct business. As he walked away he said f'k you and gave me the middle finger. I came inside to let the real asst manager know and the kid then tried to get in my face. He pissed me off big time. This location is THE WORST....fail from start to finish. I went here the other night to get some late night munchies. I have not been to jack in the box in over a year and had that late night craving . I made some interesting choices that night. Great choices: $6 for a sandwich, tacos,fries and drink...that is cheap. Good choices: none Average choices: service was pretty slow but she did apologize for the wait time... it took around 15 minutes for the food to come out. Bad choices: spicy nachos chicken sandwich was hard , had very little flavor and definitely not good. The fries was hard and had little flavor. The tacos were hard but at least had some decent flavor. Hopefully the management will increase service time and also produce better quality food. This is the second time I have an issue even after they change staff in this Jack in the Box. First I pull up to the drive through and make an order for one person in my car, then I told the lady nicely that I have a second order. She says it's only one order per car. So i asked since when ? She said since a month ago, which was a complete lie because I came last week and the week prior to that and did the same thing. So how was it a month ago? Then she said so do you want it or not all rude with an attitude, and the lady name was Maria, I asked for a manager and she said I am the manager. ( Funny how every fast food person your talking to is the "manager) Then I proceeded to the window and she didnt let me speak, kept talking over me. and asking me what is it that you want to tell me. I told her if she would let me talk then maybe she would know what it is I want to tell her instead of her talking over me. so once she finally stopped talking, I asked her, I need her General Manager information, she said she doesnt know it, she slammed the window shut in my face and left me at the drive through window, WHICH BY THE WAY I CAUGHT ALL ON VIDEO. Then she had a whole line behind me and I was not going to move, she called someone on the phone named JAY which is the supposed owner, and he tells me instead of listening to my issue that I need to move. What kind of service is this from a fast food restaurant from an OWNER and a "MANAGER". I will def be reporting this to corporate Jack in the Box as well and let them know how this franchise is treating people in this neighborhood, because of customers' is why this place is in business yet you cant treat them properly. If your policies have changed then have the courtesy to put a sign so that it won't be an issue. Another thing, whoever promoted that lady to a manager need to be fired because that ain't right. I was coming home from Cinco Ranch and saw this JITB on FM 1464. I like their stuffed jalapeños as does a Yelper friend. I ordered a 7 piece but had the young lady repeat the order. It came to under $4.00 which I did not expect. Most other locations charge me a little over $4.00. Franchisee and supplier must make this place cheaper. The 7 pieces were smaller, they did give me 3 pieces of the buttermilk dipping sauce and no napkins. If I had passed a Church's Chicken, I may have opted for 3 of their 3-pack jalapeño bombers, no dipping sauce and hopefully napkins. read more

I went to this Jack in The Box to place an order, and as I got in line I was waiting behind a car that was placing his order. It took about 10 to 15min for that car to move forward. There where 4 cars in front of that one. And the one that was at the window, must have been there 20min. I want to say I lost about 30min in that Drive-thru waiting. I tried to call them as I was in line, and they was not even professional to answer the phone. So it threw my schedule off. Wasted time and wasted gas. Time is money. Incredibly disappointed. I came here today to try the 2 new ribeye burgers. First off the person who took our order was rude right off the bat. I waited 25 mins for the food which I understood because I figured it would be fresh. I came home and was taking the onion out of one of the burgers since I can't eat it. As I took the onions out I saw some black strands of something. So I picked it off with my fingers and I realized it was hair. Over 20 small pieces of hair melted into the cheese so I took a closer look and it was also on one side of the meat. Which had a lot more but since the meat is dark I wouldn't have even noticed it. Thank goodness I don't eat onion. I work at a restaurant so I understand and am pretty understanding when it comes to one piece of hair but this is like over 40 tiny pieces of hair. I live quite far away so I ended up throwing both of the burgers away. Absolutely want my money back. I called but they didn't pick up. It looked like someone was shaving over my burger. read more
