    Ordered a large popcorn chicken combo and they screwed me! I've been here three times this week and this is a first!!

    Like most fast food places, your experience just depends on who is working that day and how they feel. A couple of weeks ago, I found out about the Spicy Popcorn Chicken. After my first regular sized order, I went back the very next day and ordered the large. The taste was off-the-hook! I waited until the weekend for my next order and that didn't go so well. I ordered the same thing that I'd ordered twice before. This time, they didn't have spicy and for some reason, I was told to drive around to the entrance and wait until my order is brought out to me. When I got home and opened up the box, it looked as if they'd put a small order of popcorn chicken in a big box. In fact that is exactly what they did. I immediately filled out the online survey and let the organization know how I felt, because I figured driving back up there and trying to have the discussion with the kids behind the counter was going to prove fruitless. Recently, I received a message from the head office telling me that they want to make up for the foul meal and asked me to let them know when I was going to be visiting the restaurant again, so that I could get my meal. The company going the extra mile to do this means a lot. I still believe that the weekend crew needs to be reprimanded for making the customer experience unsatisfactory.

    VERY disappointed....i placed my order in the drive thru which was a bacon ultimate cheeseburger ,small fries and drink combo, and 2 tacos, a very common order by the way, and pulled in to pay. I paid and waited for about 5 min(never gave me my receipt) and then the cashier told me to park at the front entrance. I waited for another 5 min and he brought it to my car and he never gave me my 2 tacos nor my drink. He never checked the order. The same childish employee was very rude and came back 5 min later with the 2 tacos and drink. He said it was my fault that I didn't check the order on the screen and then I told him that I paid for it in full and he never check the order before giving it to me(or any other customer for that matter). I asked him who his manager was and he said he was the manager. I than told him that this is not the way to conduct business. As he walked away he said f'k you and gave me the middle finger. I came inside to let the real asst manager know and the kid then tried to get in my face. He pissed me off big time. This location is THE WORST....fail from start to finish. BTW there was only 10-15 cold fries max. I will not be coming to that location ever again and I will tell as many people as I can the detailed story. NEVER AGAIN

    I went here the other night to get some late night munchies. I have not been to jack in the box in over a year and had that late night craving . I made some interesting choices that night. Great choices: $6 for a sandwich, tacos,fries and drink...that is cheap. Good choices: none Average choices: service was pretty slow but she did apologize for the wait time... it took around 15 minutes for the food to come out. Bad choices: spicy nachos chicken sandwich was hard , had very little flavor and definitely not good. The fries was hard and had little flavor. The tacos were hard but at least had some decent flavor. Hopefully the management will increase service time and also produce better quality food. Then more customers will give them 5 stars instead of 1 star.

    Worst experience ever !!!! I'm the type that doesn't ever call and complain if something is wrong BUT I'm so disgusted by what i got as my food. I was running errands with my kids and wanted to grab a quick bite, the fries were covered in black powder what looks like pepper all over but it's all the burnt up food from them NOT CLEANING their grease, the fries were GROSS ! the new popcorn chicken was burnt and I paid 8$ for each double portion box, there was bearly any chicken in the box . Employees are obviously careless to what they're giving out. Need less to say we didn't even eat our food !

Don't get me wrong the management is still shit and they run off any decent employee they do get. There's been a couple great employees I've had the pleasure of meeting Sophia ( no longer works there) Johnathon (fired) and Kefrivk. There's been so many times the staff has told me cooks don't show up and they have to make the food and take orders. Not even the managers come up to help them despite how busy it can get. Still only getting minimum wage. Kefrivk is probably the main reason I started coming back, if they were to let him go I honestly think that place would go to shit. He's there like every time I go. No body else. My outlook on the grave yard shifts has definitely changed and I should've updated this a while back. It sucks this is the only 24 hr fast food chain in that area. You would think they would capitalize on that. Staff is a reflection of the management. If the management did a better job They would be doing everything to keep the people they have instead of punishing them for mistakes that could've been avoided. Maybe be there to give them breaks, so that when they try to go out for a breather People don't complain about waits.
