Today at lunch, I ordered a meal from Chick-fil-A for my child. When we got home, we realized the burger was missing from the bag even though I had ordered and paid for it. I drove back through the drive-through to ask about the missing item. The first employee responded with a doubtful attitude and said, "Really? You can talk to my manager." The manager was polite and gave me the missing burger. Later, my child noticed the word "missing?" written on the burger wrapper, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We already spent extra time driving back because of your mistake, and being treated with suspicion made the experience even worse. This was very disappointing customer service. read more

I love this location and all of the perks you can get by using the Chick-fil-A app, especially as a parent of a toddler. First of all, I can order and reorder from my favorites menu on the app without having to recustomize everything for my sons kids meal (like which condiments he likes, which type of drink or nuggets or side or which toy/book/ice cream) and how many changes we put on my husband's order or mine...so definitely time saving without sounding crazy when we order at the counter or the drive thru. Another plus is that you can pick up your mobile order in the drive thru line, at curb side, in store off to the side or AT A TABLE!! The table service was wonderful when I visited on a crowded day during spring break with my seven month preggo self and my one and a half year old. I went to find a table first thing and pulled up a high chair. An employee helped me set up the highchair and remove the extra seat so that I could sit and set up my son easily. Then I pulled out the plastic mat for him to play with the ABCs on there while I ordered on the app. The food was brought to the table (you add the table number in your mobile order in the comments section) and they brought out the food, drinks, and everything else I needed. I didn't have to wait in the super long line while juggling the diaper bag, my belly, and my toddler! Or try to find a table and high chair while holding drinks after ordering at the counter, which I would have had to do anywhere else!! The staff is always happy and polite, the place always clean even with the crazy crowds. I haven't had my orders messed up here, though it seems that others have? I order through the app most of the time, for the point rewards, but will occasionally order in person at the counter and drive through. Disclaimer...I come a lot. Like a lot, a lot. Sometimes for breakfast, others for lunch, or dinner...Or just for a drink. I don't even remember to check in half of the time. Today I had a play date with a friend and there were a couple things that stood out to me. 1) Estela, an employee I ALWAYS see here who is always so friendly and helpful saw my baby drop her bottle on the floor accidentally and she picks it up and cleans it for me! How sweet is that? 2) another employee, I think it was a manager, was walking by giving all the customers card vouchers for FREE ICE CREAM! My kids were so happy for that. Customer service was great, as usual, but this is the first time I've had an inedible chicken sandwich. It was chewy, hard, had brown spots in it, and was overly salty. I'm used to the same taste every other time, no matter the location or even the state. Not this time. I don't think I can eat their chicken again if there is the slightest chance itll taste like that. And if I do, it won't be at this location. I placed an order from here via Door Dash. I ordered a sausage burrito, a portion of hash browns and some sauces. Everything arrived cold. The egg in the sausage burrito smelled and tasted bad so the whole thing went in the trash. The hash browns were edible after I'd microwaved them. They forgot to include my salsa and BBQ sauce. Today I decided to go take my lunch hour, and unfortunately this is my last time in this location, and not because of the food, but because of the way I saw that the manager treats her employees. She is a very rude lady and you can see that there is not a good working environment there. Honestly, when I left the restaurant, I felt very bad for the guys who work there. If I wanted to deal with the service provided at other fast food restaurants, I'd spend my money there. I waited 11 minutes for 3 large key lime frosties and two small vanilla shakes. If my children and husband didn't want those drinks. I would have gotten my cash back and left. It made it worst when I handed my baby's their shakes and they wanted their cherries. So back in I went for two damn cherries. Did the milkshake recipe change? Does it not come with whip cream and a cherry? My spoiled kids look forward to what they look forward too. I visit often and would order ice cream cones for dessert. I have an issue with the employees never using a napkin or just touching the paper of the cone. It's literally during each visit. Nonetheless, Cliff Parker, can you please have a training based on the proper and germ-free way to handle and serve ice cream cones. I love the staff and location!
