The only reason I am giving this store 1 star is there are a couple of good employees who really do try. The drive through employee was nice and friendly but the order was not all the way correct. I called to speak with the manager and I intended on giving some positive feedback but after my forever hold it changed my option of this jack in the box . There manager Clara would not come to the phone. I called in to speak with her last night about my order and they left me on hold for 20 minutes. The manager never picked up. So I hung up and called again I was told by an employee that they did not know where she was. Again on forever hold. Clara nor the employee can back on the phone. So if you have good or bad feedback don't call Clara, does not seem to care since she won't pick up the phone to hear it. You are better off going to Taco Bell across the street. I had a meatlovers breakfast burrito. Seemed lacking in egg. It had nacho sauce on it which I had never had that on it before. Very spicy. The hash brown was not that good but, it's odd, they have really good salsa which is unusual for fast food. In fact I gave them a star 4 it. It must have been 50' in this store. Not very welcoming. Also they didn't have any lights on in the restaurant seating area. Pretty weird that on a not bright day out they wouldn't have small lights on. The restroom was clean & it didn't smell. read more

Yay! They kept the lobby open late during Norwescon this year! My biggest gripe about this place has always been that they advertise 'open 24 hours' but you HAVE to get in a CAR and go to the DRIVE-THRU after 22:00. If you're at Norwescon (which is the only time I ever go to this Jack in the Box), you probably do not want to give up your parking space just to get a couple of cheap tacos and certainly don't want to get behind the wheel if you've been to any of the parties. During this year's Norwescon I only stopped in Jack in the Box briefly for tacos and coffee (both hit the spot; its a Con thing...) during normal lobby hours, but on each of several late night trips back and forth between the Doubletree and La Quinta I could see con-goers dining in the restaurant . Late night, mid March, long line at the drive thru, about 5 minutes per car. Person taking my order sounded like a badly programmed AI. I understood the words he was saying, but they didn't make any sense. Now I wish I had recorded it so people could hear how crazy it was. I gave up and left. Anybody have a similar experience? Every time I go to the drive thru late at night there is always a different issue. Either the computers aren't working for a week straight, they can't take cash, they can't take a card, or today's newest dilemma, the drive thru employee is outside smoking, sees us pull up, finishes his cigarette and by ten minutes after he's done and has gone inside still hasn't come to the window. When we drove past the 24 hour drive thru sign there was an employee inside, right behind the counter, mopping. So how is it they couldn't take our order? Futhermore, the times we have gotten food there, we've only been able to eat the sandwiches, because they burn all their fried food. I would not recommend this restaurant until they get a better staff. read more

Me and my boyfriend have been here a couple times late/ early in the morning. They don't do their jobs. They're a bunch of lazy assholes. Last night around 4am my boyfriend ordered from doordash and Uber eats to try to get his simple bacon burger. It took 4 food delivery drivers and 2 hours of our time. Had the absolute WORST experience at this Jack in the Box tonight. I pull up to the speaker and a guy says "go ahead". I let him know that I needed a second. No response. Then I proceed to say "okay I'm ready to order". Again nothing. I had to repeat myself 4 times before finally he goes "what do you want?!". Okay so that was a little rude but whatever. So I start to say my order when I hear him talking through the loud speaker to another employee and then laughing hysterically. So I stop saying my order because well how the hell can he hear me when he's laughing and talking to someone else. When he finally stops I continue my order again.....5 times!!!!! He kept repeating it back wrong and leaving things out. It was so annoying. When he finally got it right on the screen I pulled up to the window and he goes "distractions" while nodding his head. I go "yeah I can tell". Then he says "it's all his fault" and points at another employee standing right outside the side door by the window and then he laughs. I then hand him my card, he swipes it, hands it back and asks if I want any sauce. I say "yes ketchup please". Then he walks over to the paper bags and open mouth coughs 3 times all over them in front of me. I took it as him letting me know how he could care less about his job or his actions. As I'm waiting I hear him ask an employee "are these the jalapeño poppers?" and they responded "yes!". He walks over and hands me the bag of food and walks away without saying a thing. Normally they say you know "have a good day" or something along those lines but nope, not him. I never saw him put the ketchup in my bag so I check and of course he didn't. So then I have to wait for him to come back to the window so I can tell him. I was so irritated with how unprofessional this guy was I just wanted to get out of there and never come back. But guess what? I get home, look in the bag and instead of my jalapeño poppers I have chicken nuggets. Now I'm heated and I have to go back. Since it's late at night I have to go back through the drive thru and of course there's about 10 cars ahead of me. I was telling myself to make sure and get his managers name and number so you can let them know about how unprofessional he was being. I finally get to the window. He looks at me crazy like why are you here. And I hand him the chicken nuggets and say "these are not jalapeño poppers". Then he goes "I thought so! But they said they were!" Which was true because I heard it. But you work there and you honestly can't tell the difference between fuckin jalapeño poppers and chicken nuggets?! I was over it and just asked for my money back. When I did that he got his manager, told her what happened and then said I wanted a refund. This woman had the nerve to rudely say "Why?!". As in why do I want a refund. I had to explain myself to this woman who was the MANAGER about why I should receive a refund. It's now very obvious to me why this guy acted the way he did. Look at who trained him!! Uuuggghhhh these people will never amount to anything with attitudes like that. I won't be giving them my money ever again! read more

The food was so, so, not as good as Burger King, Wendy's, or Carl's Jr of the fast food world. The wait was long even though there was only two customers ahead of us. It took forever for our food. The one work with the long grey and black braids was extremely rude. She threw our stuff and dropped our sauces in the bag. She made it seem like she did not value us as customers and made us feel extremely unwelcomed. For this area to be near the airport and a lot of hotels, don't come here. I don't know where to start... Dirty, a lot of the lights were burned out and was very dim inside. The booths are wore out and have deep indentations in them lol. We both ordered the crispy spice chicken and it was neither. Tasted like old fryer grease and the bread was so dry I had to take a drink on every bite. We were both starving so we are it anyways. I don't do Jack in the Box very often, but just flew in to SeaTac, and needed a quick lunch before hitting the road. Tried the chicken fajita pita, which seemed like one of the healthier options, but didn't taste so good. And didn't feel very well for the rest of the day either. Hubby got the chicken club, and said it was ok. Kids liked their grilled cheese. Standard burger might be your best bet, but an even better bet might be going somewhere else. read more

Wow! This place is puzzling! At 1:47 pm, I ordered a breakfast combo. The cashier wouldn't allow a substitution for a soda instead of coffee, so I was forced to pay for both. I take the coffee cup and try to pump my coffee and guess what? You got it. They were out if coffee. Thank god I paid extra for a soda also or else I'd be eating without anything to drink. What a crappy Jack in the Box! This has never happened to me before. Everyone allows drink substitutions, even if there's a small up charge. read more

Ate here on a recent business trip. Discovered that I don't like JIB burgers. Good curly-fries though. But what really impressed me was how well I was treated by the young man who greeted me and took my order. Very good fast food. High quality hambugers that don't look like they have been through a compressor as your flat burger bun from Mcdonalds ends up looking like. Fast service and when I asked to have a mistake corrected it was done without any hassle. Extremely clean restaurant worker was constantly cleaning the dinning room. Only problem was in the womens room one of the stalls has a toilet seat missing.. there was no way I was going to sit on that COLD RIM!! Get that fixed J.I.B. the only reason I did not rate you a 5 was due to this problem. You are an airport restaurant and many people need to use the restroom and only two stalls and one without toilet lid....people dont want to wait in line to go pee pee. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a sandwich with no meat. They obviously had remove the bacon from the sandwich leaving behind bits of it and grease. The place is understaff. No one really speaks good English. They constantly messing up orders. Give bad attitude when you ask them to fix it. Bathroom for the men's was so gross. I rather be in a run down truck stop then here. Powerful urine smell which is all over the floor. Cause all toilets and urinals are stuff with crap. Supposely they got new management. Been going to Jack in the box for years. I never seen any of them like this one. But all most every fastfood here in sea-tac are dirty. They must pay off the health inspector.
