Nothing like a freshly made hamburger from Jack in the Box. We went to this location today and was happy to see they were not busy. I purchased the Texas double with fries which both were extremely good and had plenty of flavor. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very nice. Ordered food to be picked up. Found onion rings burnt, no cheese on tacos, no taco sauce in bag, no syrup for French toast sticks.

Stopped in for a quick supper. The young girl who took our order was amazing. Sooo nice. We hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in a long time so it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted. She was really patient and answered questions we had with a smile. I got the grilled chicken sourdough sandwich. I loved the sauce on it and the chicken was tender and juicy. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have one of those cool coke machines where you can get tons of different drinks. Overall I was very impressed. read more

Went to this Jack in the Box to try their new Smash burger but that was a mistake. The sauce they put in it was so salty it tasted like a salt mine. The beef didn't taste so great it was kind of greasy and probably has soy or some filler since it was kind of heavy and looked funny. The onion rings I got instead of the fries were not all fresh. They put the new onion rings on top of the old onion rings, photo attached. The drink from their dispenser had a medicine taste, so I switched from Coke to Dr Pepper and still got the medicine taste but not as bad. The restaurant has construction being built next to it with standing water that smelled rotten. So it was not a pleasant experience. My husband said their food was crap. My husband and son went inside the restaurant vs. going through the drive thru (there were only 2 cars in line) because we were placing a large order. There were 4 employees inside (zero customers in in line) and not one of the employees acknowledged them or offered to help. After a full 5 minutes, they turned to leave and we are now at McDonald's. The floor was sticky and dirty. The food was cold and didn't seem to be fully cooked. The smell of the place was not very pleasant.

Normally the only thing i've had to complain about this place is the long drive thru wait, but today was different. I didn't get my curly fries with my combo, I asked for no tomato on my sourdough jack burger and still got tomato, there was lettuce on it? It doesn't even come with lettuce, the churros were raw, the coke tastes like sprite, and I asked for the chicken sandwich and I must have said it like three times until they heard me and they rung it up as a jr jumbo jack and that's what I got. Placed a large order and got shorted a burger. I will say the customer service over all was good. I got a free item for the delay in the time it took. Got our mobile order and had to come back because they forgot three items. When we went back to get our missing items, they still managed to be wrong. We received RAW churros and ordered the loaded and sauced curly fries and got a side of regular fries with a SLIVER of cheese on them (sauced and loaded includes cheese, bacon, ranch and we only got a couple of pieces of cheese). Went through their drive through at 6:45am to get a fast breakfast. They are supposed to open at 6 but at 6:45 the lights were still out. I called and asked if they were open the girl says yes. I tell her that the lights aren't on, she says they are waiting for employees 45 minutes after they should have been open. So we go ahead and order, since she said they were now open 45 minutes late. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and extra sides of bacon and received a burnt bag of bacon. When I get home and see the burnt bacon, I call them and tell them, that I don't want anything free, I just wanted to let them know that whomever is cooking is serving burnt bacon and that's not okay. Regardless of day, time of day, or how many people in line, they will ask you to pull around front to wait for your order. This pads their "response time" numbers! On 5/17, they did this to me, and then proceded to serve the next two people. I went in and said two people just left your drivethru but I still dont have my food. Instead of "sorry its taking so long" I get the response Oh they probably just had tacos....I dont care what they had, I was here before them. Oh, hes just now making your order....what??? No, turns out, my order is sitting on the counter getting cold. And still no "Sorry that took so long". I know fast food jobs suck but its still a job, and anyone with common sense knows a job well done brings customers back. GET IT TOGETHER JACK!! read more

Ive black listed this place and will not be returning. I've gone here a few times for breakfast in an attempt to get through the drive through and on my way but always end up waiting at least 15 minutes after I pay. I took my family here to dine in one weekend and the experience was beyond awful. The best part of it was sitting there with my wife laughing at how bad it was. To start with, the fat kid working the register was rude. He didn't even ask "what can I get you?" Or "what would you like?" He just stood there waiting for us to start talking. We order 2 bacon cheese burgers which both came with no bacon and so much mustard my wife didn't eat it. Me, being as hungry as I was, shook the burger until enough of the mustard fell off that it was edible. The were not busy at that point of the day and nearly all the tables were dirty and covered in trash. We had to clean our own table before we sat down. I'm upset I have to rate this as at least one star. read more
