I visited the drive-through the other night around 10 pm. The order taker was prompt, pleasant, and professional. I ordered a couple of the promotional dead pool items, both of which were pretty good for fast food fare. It did take a little longer than I would have anticipated in the line for the cars in front of me to get their food. But, once I got to the window, the employee was very pleasant, handed me my order with hot, fresh food, but not before asking me what sauces I would like. The employees are doing a good job here, the food is prepared well and served fresh and hot, and the prices are fair for California. Drove Thru while in the area. The person taking and delivering the order was nice. There is plenty of parking outside and the drive-Thru experience went fine. From the window, I could tell there is no inside seating available at all at this time. Ordered a chicken pita. It had generous meat inside but very little of the veggies (lettuce, tomato, etc.) but it did taste fresh. The bacon cheddar wedges seemed like they were made well before my order. Don't bother with the Noggy drink; it's nothing like the picture. The menu looks desent, but actual product is such a disappointment. Today I finally broke down and decided I wanted fast food and out of all places Jack-in-the-Box was my choice. ‍ I didn't go through the drive-through, I walked inside. Everyone was very kind that work there so that wasn't an issues it was the food execution. I had ordered a munchy meal box and it was put in a bag that was OK however they put both my tacos in one taco bag. All the food was slightly warm if not cold. I also ordered eggrolls which were luke warm and looked burnt. I was picking up food for other people not sure how their food came out but I had to pick up drinks for folks and their machine was out of just about everything but Coke and water. Oh! They were also out of all the condiments besides ketchup and ranch. Very disappointed I don't expect much from a fast food chain but I expect a little more than what I got. The store manager or whoever is running this location needs to stay on top of ordering what they need and stay stocked on products. Excellent Customer Service From Rene! I entered the restaurant to grab a quick snack to go. Rene immediately greeted me and told me he would be right with me. He appeared to be handling the drive-thru, as well as the front counter. I observed him being extremely polite to the guests on the head set, as well as they way he conversed with other employees. I thought I would point this out since it seems to be a rarity that fast food employees are polite, upbeat, and come across as enjoying their job.
