Adj: Consistent but Crowded We come to Natomas often so sometimes we come here for lunch. It is one of the first In-N-Out Burger locations in Sacramento metro besides the one Elk Grove (on Laguna off 99) which might be older. The traffic situation here is not good though, it's hard to get in and out, haha... Most In-N-Out locations are off the freeway and no exception to this one off I-5 and Truxel, but it's right at the entrance to the huge plaza, and yet the parking lot is kind of hard to get to and the drive-thru line gets in the way of getting to the restaurant, so it's not my fav location. Something about the way access points are designed at this branch. It's almost always very busy here, understandably, but plan your trip w/patience as it could be awhile just to get into the restaurant. The newer Natomas In-N-Out off Del Paso is easier to access. Anyhow, my hubby really likes In-N-Out whereas I'm just ok with their burgers. They do taste fresh and the ingredients not so heavy since most of their burgers are veggies and I've found the patties are getting thinner, or so it seems, but they don't have that UMPH I'm looking for when I'm wanting to eat a beefy burger. They taste good to me only when I'm at least somewhat to really hungry. If I'm not hungry but still have room to eat a small burger, I find their burgers don't hit that spot in my brain that's looking for that BEEFY taste. I usually eat 1-2 of the regular burgers w/grilled onions and all the fixings, but I give my pickles to hubby. I like their signature spread, but sometimes it's better to just have ketchup on my burger, so it really just depends on my mood, lol. Finally, hubby and kids enjoy their fries tremendously, and the fries do come in such generous portions, but again, I'm like, ehh they're ok, they're fresh, they're real, but I'm just a thick fries type of gal and so I prefer steak fries anywhere over skinny fries here, LOL. I do love that they use such fresh and all natural ingredients for all their burgers and fries, so I can feel good having fast food here, but again, this is the healthy burger joint in my mind and sometimes I just want a beefy and indulgent burger and I have to go elsewhere for that, haha... Still, it's great that we have In-N-Out locations all over and this one is consistently tasty if crowded.

Amazing loved the experience. The drive-through is relatively quick. Plenty of space for parking if you do want to come inside. They stay open super late, which is perfect for a late night snack. Food is always super high-quality. It feels fresh and taste pretty good. I would honestly recommend the hamburger. It is an amazing price point at only 375. You can get a double double which has only an extra meat patty for double the fries or you can just get two hamburgers

Not the usual clean In-N-Out vibe I usually love this In-N-Out, but tonight it looked like they gave up on cleaning. Every table we tried to sit at had food or trash on it, the drink station had straws and spills everywhere, and even the floor by the trash bins was a mess. When I told the cashier, she jumped right in and started cleaning -- so props to her -- but honestly, the place shouldn't have looked like that to begin with. It makes you wonder how the kitchen's doing if the dining area looks like this. Really hoping this was just an off night, because this isn't what I expect from In-N-Out.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at In-N-Out. The customer service is always exceptional. The staff are polite, attentive, and efficient, even during busy times. This has become my go-to place after work because I know I'll always have a great experience!

Folded the meat in half to see if it was really raw

Was craving a burger so stopped in at this place. It wasn't very crowded inside which was a nice treat, so I walked right in and placed my order. A burger wrapped in lettuce (protein style) and some fries. I usually order my burgers well done but forgot to do so today. The order came out and I left. I started to eat the burger in the car...I took a bite and noticed it was ice cold. At first I thought the lettuce wrap had cooled the burger down. When I looked closer the burger was barely browned on the outside and still raw and barely cooked. It was so cold to the touch, it almost felt as if it was still frozen! I know accidents happen and food is made wrong sometimes but this was ridiculous! Of course, I couldn't eat the rest. What a disappointment. I'm giving 2 stars because the fries were hot and very tasty!

Average in-n-out location. They do serve food fast even though these is a line. Very friendly staff.

I mean what can you say. In & Out always hits the spot. I got the #2 animal style. They have 3 burger options they display & drinks are self serve. This location was clean & servers were pleasant. It got busy around 12:30p & drive thru had a line which is to be expected. Don't expect to come here & get something healthy. This is cheat day, treat yourself, I just want a good burger place. If you're in the area try it out!

Was so excited to take a picture of my burger I noticed a hair in it Why me ?! I did call in&out customer service and they are mailing me a coupon but I'm so disappointed Customer service is great! I'm just disappointed this happened. This is the second or third time something has been wrong with my order at this location.

Craving a cheese burger so picked up from In-N-Out! Always a great quality burger due to the freshness of the ingredients and consistency of how it's made. Always great service. Nice and clean restaurant as well.

I visited this In-N-Out Burger location on Truxel Rd in Sacramento on Wednesday, 1/31/24, for lunch. I decided to get the Double Double burger with extra Grilled Onions, Fries, and a cup of Lite Pink Lemonade. The entire meal did not disappoint whatsoever. The burger tasted great, especially with the spread sauce. Valerie took my order and she was very nice. She also presented an unforgettable, warm smile. I recommend stopping by this location.

I was also able to grab some ketchup to enjoy those fries. My burger and fries was delivered and there were more fries than expected. I focused on those first because who like cold fries, right??? The fries were actually pretty good, an above average standard French fry with salt. The burger however was phenomenal. There was an amazing crust on the outside reminiscent of a backyard bbq. There was ample bacon, lettuce, cheese and sauce to make it a balanced bite. The bun was high end brioche style, they really went all out on quality of ingredients. A standard burger build but done perfectly! Beer was cold, food was great and the ambiance is a perfect local bar. Great spot to go if you don't mind hunting for a parking space.

This was my first time here after watching algorithmic ads popping through my feed for months on end. Lucky's was also on my Yelp Sacramento collection so that was that. Parking was a breeze on a Wednesday past 1pm last July. They have a dedicated lot as well as street parking. We entered into a 50's dining room embellished with a front end of a '57 Chevy and that eerie mannequin which seemingly swaps attire as well as changes locations based on posted photos. Let's not forget to mention that red English double-decker bus at the patio and the literal red-room of a (spic & span) toilet. It was warm outside so our group dined-in the air-conditioned interior as opposed to the covered veranda. The bus wasn't available for customers yet. I inhaled my Mushroom and Swiss burger with a side of seasoned fries cooked in beef tallow. Compared to the processed seed oils, beef tallow is a better alternative. Also a plus-plus was the garlic aioli dip which was a worth-it extra 0.49¢. My friends expressed their satisfaction on having an All-American burger meal. I believed they ordered the Lucky Burger and Bacon Ranch Burgers with shakes and sodas. Lucky's is a nice place that feels like a locally owned business and not a venue of another chain eatery.
