Right before 4th of July they tried to fix it and install a new one but couldn't figure it out and left us with 2 dishwashers both disconnected over the holiday weekend while we had guests visiting. They also managed to disconnect the hot water in the kitchen and never fixed it. They took away the new dishwasher and put the old one back and pretended it was fine. I had to email the company for 2 months to get my security deposit. The younger girl who showed me the apt was easily reachable by text but everyone else there is so slow to reply and I would get bounce back emails all the time, I swear they block email so they don't have to deal with problems.
