His comment to me was they were the worst ribs he has ever, had hands down. No flavor at all. The ribs had been overcooked to the point the flavor had been cooked out of them. There was no color in the meat except for a strange grey color. They didn't seem to be "fresh" ribs and possibly had been cooked several times over and over again. This could possibly explain the grey color, of the meat. The decor of the restaurant was nice old but nice it could be it could use a cleaning up. I would never recommend this place or return.

But I think a small salad and baked potato should be available with the price of the entree -- not worth the extra $7 I was going to be charged. The salad is listed as 'field greens,' -- which it's not -- but reading the menu you'll see they mean iceberg and romaine. The salad was good, enhanced by their garlic ranch dressing. We washed down our meals with well-priced drinks: merlot ($8.90) and Blue Moon ($6.90), then splurged on dessert. Austin's flourless double chocolate brownie a la mode is very rich.
