I called Jack Rabbit on extremely late notice needing a large pile of junk removed. I spoke with Rolin who was incredibly nice and helpful. He gave me a quote based on the amount of stuff I thought I had. I knew I was probably way off on the amount but he assured me it was ok and we would work it out. Originally he was scheduled to remove it on a Tuesday but I realized my HOA would have a fit if it sat there for over a day, so I called him back and asked if he would be willing to pick up the bulk of it on Monday and come back for the rest on Tuesday after I had added more to it. I was out of town at the time and could not be there for the removal. He didn't even hesitate and by 8am on Monday I had pictures of ALL of the junk, and one of it all on his truck texted to me on my phone. After he hauled it off he called and we took care of payment. When he arrived on Tuesday to pick up the second load it was larger than he anticipated (which I figured would happen) and he called to advise me of it. He quoted me an extremely great deal to take all of it at once. I cannot recommend this company enough! The quotes are quite fair and his service is second to none. All of my dealings with Jack Rabbit have been not only professional, but very easy. Rolin, thank you very much for helping me out of a bind on such short notice!
